he package arrived in good condition and it was very easy to assemble. the instructions did reflect the parts used (something that doesn't happen with other equipment to be assembled). I liked the fact that this chair was designed to be easy to assemble without any tools. I like very much how light it is to move, and at the same time it feels solid and firm.

This shower chair fits very well in a narrow tub since it is only 17 inches wide. Appropriate for a small frame person, but not sure it would fit a larger person comfortably. It was very easy to assemble and needs no tools. Appears to be very stable and since it has both arms and the back it provides convenient grab areas.

This is a solid, easy to assemble shower chair. One thing I particularly appreciate is that each I'll say bolt or screw actually has a small handle attached to the end - so you're screwing it in with that handle. There are no tools required. I will recommend this chair to anyone looking for a shower chair

This is the correct chair for the bathtub it's heavy-duty and I love that I can sit and shower and the seat is made of hard plastic but it's very very comfortable. Great for anyone that has problems standing while trying to take a shower and the elderly.

Needed a shower seat for my wife who had back surgery. This is the one recommended by the nurse at the hospital. Its a great seat and works as advertised. I like that you can remove the side bars and the back to just have a seat. These options give this chair versatility.

like this shower chair as indicated the arms was pointed upward vs some others may be pointed outward, which may make this chair more safe for senior or anyone. it also wasn't difficult to put them together so, i not only highly suggested this chair i also highly suggest to purchasing from Walmart with reliable delivery.

The chair was shipped on time in good condition. The assembly instructions were in text only. There were no assembly drawings. It was very easy for me to assemble but I am an engineer. Others might need the additional guidance of drawings. At their lowest setting, the legs were solid. At their highest setting, the legs had some looseness but not enough to be concerning. I tested it. It works reliably.

I did pick this some what for price and because it had arm rests. The design is good. Easy to assemble and sturdy. The height is adjustable and the arm rests flatter out a bit for ease of standing. The seat has holes in the design so the water will drain. This is not for a very large person. Being used by someone 5 feet 10 inches and 190lbs. So far, better than expected.

I am handicapped so sat on my walker while assembling . Any normal standing up person wouldnt have had difficulty Plus I am an 88 year old woman. Who has not assembled anything like this before.. direction are good except I didnt know about the arc washers. They go on a certain way. It works well since I got it put together.

DO NOT BUY!! Cannot be returned even though parts needed to assemble are not included in the shipment. I cannot review the chair because the parts needed to put it together were not included. The Wing knob screws and wavy washers were loose at the bottom of the box - NOT in a sealed plastic bag. There are supposed to be 9 wavy washers. Only 5 were received. Box turned upside down and every crevice was checked. Attempted to start a return and was informed Walmart policy does not allow return. Exceptionally disappointed/angry.
