Etch A Sketch, Classic, Sustainable Version Drawing Toy

We had a lot of family fun

I gave this to our 6 year old granddaughter and she loved it! It kept her engrossed for hours. She didn't go to the iPad once! She told me it's her new favorite toy. I knew it was very low - or no- tech and just thought I'd take a chance as I loved it as a kid and so did my kids. It was a pleasant surprise to see her so happy while being creative.

I had one of these as a child and spent many hours entertaining myself with it. I bought on for each of my great granddaughters for Christmas. They are 7 and 5 and they both are old enough to maneuver the dials and improve their eye hand coordination at the same time.

This is going to be a great gift for my granddaughter. She is going to be two and she is very interested in her sisters.

Just ordered this with another thing for my son. The first one came in damaged so I'm not sure if because it came in the same box it was defective maybe? It is definitely absolutely wonderfully accurate when turning the knobs to create something but makes noise and goes crooked when turning more than twice in one direction on either knob. Looks great, other than sound and you can't really fully erase it. Once used you'll always be able to see what you previous drew and it adds up plus extra "smudges" when you shake to erase. I tried to provide a photo but it was hard to capture what it looks like after erasing.

Packaging needs to be more protective! My son requested this specifically as a last minute addendum to his Christmas list. I ordered the item for delivery and it arrived broken. With how it sounded and how the packaging looked, I have no idea how anyone would've felt comfortable sending it out. This situation led to huge disappointment - he ignored the gaming system for quite some time and was upset that the "creative thing" he wanted was inoperable and sounded like a "box of Legos." We've formed a distrust in the brand and store overall.

I really liked the shipping speed. Unfortunately, the etch a sketch is not working properly. When you sketch with it, it's so light it's hardly visible. When you shake to erase, it doesn't erase completely. My grandson was so disappointed that I needed to return it. I am going to purchase a new one and am hoping for better results. Do I need to take this to the store for the refund?

Purchased as a Christmas gift - box was in terrible shape (but they did tape it up) - don't know if it effected the product - will NEVER buy from Walmart shipping again.

The Etch-A-Sketch box was all torn. %26 had been taped back together . This was a gift for a child, so this was unacceptable .

Ok!!, i get if you get one broken product, but i got two!!!. Two Broken birthday toys!!. This royally sucks!!
