I have issues with gout, I'm 70 years old, and I really don't want to take the drugs all the time. I thought I would try this because I had heard about tart cherry forget out and I thought the celery seed couldn't hurt. I'm getting over an attack right now and taking these and I think they really are helping. It's always a hard call to make on Pills or vitamins you're taking that are natural. I have faith of natural cures and I plan to continue to take these. I cannot guarantee they will work for you but they seem to be Working for me and it's worth a shot did not have to take drugs but go the natural way.

I have foot pain, but no goat and could not tell any difference in anything. I don't know if my uric acid is high or not, I like the idea of reducing it. I think it is a blood test to determine count, so without going to the doctor before and after taking this I wouldn't know. I just know I didn't feel any pain improvement or any other effects good or bad. I even doubled it like I read for fast acting and nothing. I wasn't expecting any miracles and can't say it's not reducing uric acid, i just could not see any effect. So I couldn't recommend it.

Am getting older, joints are starting to creak and pop, especially in my knees and neck. Switched to a low carb high protein diet and now I am a bit worried about gout. Have been taking these pills for a week but cannot say that I am feeling much better. The pills are rather large and you are supposed to take 2 with 8 oz of water, which is something I usually cannot finish since I am taking a variety of other pills, all requiring a glass of water. The pills do not leave a bad taste or give me an upset stomach like some others I have tried so I will finish up the bottle and then see where I am. Does not hurt to try!
