I was very pleased with the overall quality of this mat. It is a great size, and thickness. And it stayed securely in place on the countertop while in use. It will be ideal for baking everything from biscuits, to pie crusts, to homemade bread, etc.

It's worked wonderful when making pasta dough. Doesn't slide on our countertops. I also appreciate the cute little tie it comes with to keep it rolled up.

This is exactly what I wanted for rolling the dough. Large size, nice color, good thickness, stability. I was a bit concerned about the unpleasant smell, but I hope it goes away with time. I think it's a bit pricey for a simple silicone mat.

Love the silicone mat. Fits flatly to stretch and shape Sourdough. Cleans effortlessly, dries quickly and coveiniently stores rolled up. It also has nice color selections, as well as sizing.

I only use the purina one and I go back-and-forth between the chicken and the salmon well done purina

I really like how this mat stays in place and does not slide around while working with dough. And on the top side of mat its very easy to work with your dough.

My wife loves this . She can use on any counter and avoid dough sticking to surface. Washes great. Would definitely buy again

This mat is silicone, so it stays in place, unlike the really thin mats, which is what I was hoping for. What I have found that I wasn't even expecting is that dough doesn't stick to it like on my table or counter, so I don't need extra flour as much when kneading or rolling. It wipes off really easily too. I bought the medium sized one, and it gives me plenty of room to roll out buns, cookies or anything I am making.

The size of this pastry mat is just right for rolling my bread dough out. I love the size
