This is a great kitchen tool! It is sturdy, plastic handles are thick and easy to hold but the scraper has enough flex to use in a mixing bowl. In love the cutter, the metal is thick and cuts cleanly. My brother used it yesterday and asked where he could get one because it was so nice! The plastic grip is also nice because I think it gives you a better grip vs the all metal cutter. The only complaint is that the writing on the cutter with the measurements are a little faint and I like the conversion feature but it isn't really helpful when you can barely see it. They need to use a darker ink.

I love this bench scraper and dough scraper . The bench scraper has a sharp edge and cuts right through my dough. Both are super easy on my hands . The bowl scraper nice shape gets all my dough out with no problem . I don't suggest using bench scraper on a wooden surface like a butcher block because it's not dull. Also love the measurements on the bench scraper. The bowl scraper nestles into the bench scraper .. love that I can keep them together . I absolutely reccomend!!!!!

I purchased this bench scraper to help with making bread and this is a nice solid scraper and worked very well lifting the dough off my counter. Love that it has the measurements and conversion charts right on the blade, but what I really liked was that it came with a sheathed cover.

This scraper is nice because the two parts fit together which is handy for storage. It is very sturdy and has nifty measuring marks on the metal part.

bought this as a Christmas present for my mom. it seems really well made, love that it came with both the dose scraper and the bench scraper. and the bench scraper has a nice sharp edge on it.

Bought as a gift for a family I taught how to make bread w/o a bread maker. They told me they just love using the bench scraper. I think the bright yellow is a great idea so its very easy to spot.

The rubber scraper is the right size for scraping the bowl and mixing/moving the dough in the bowl and on the counter for shaping. The metal scraper is perfect for cutting the dough into pieces and for helping to pick up diced/chopped foods!

The scraper is too short and too sharp for my purposes. Thought I was buying a tool to scrape up diced foods so did not expect such a sharp blade. The tool does have a safety mechanism for storage but it doesn't stay snapped together in the drawer so I don't feel it is safe to store in a drawer that I would be searching for items. And rooting around.
