as soon as i took it out of yhe box i get an error s1 battery not functioning notification that wont stop no matter how many times i try to reset it. have not even been able to test to see if it works and when you call customer support no one is there to answer!

Bought this from AnkerDirect seller through Walmart app, and Anker support refuses to honor warranty on a DOA battery. Dishonest warranty support keeps giving me false information about my invoice…wonder how often they get away with this. Stay far, far away from this brand

I bought this as a replacement for one I had to send out to get repaired and was stolen from my mail room when it came back. I wanted to give Eufy another chance. I got it today and product came defective out of the box. It's giving me a battery error. I can't even get help from customer service because they are not available on Sunday. Thank goodness I didn't gift this for Christmas. Go with another brand. I was not able to connect the app on my phone to my device because the vac was screaming there was a battery error. I can't say anything on suction because it's not charging.

doesn't work right out of the box S1 battery error customer service is impossible to reach and when you finally find their email address they want your order number from Walmart and proof of purchase

Walmart sent me a damaged product. The vacuum cleaner won't turn. I placed it on the charging base, and it started blinking red and saying there's an error with the batteries.

I got the whole vacuum and base set up only to get a “s1” error code which I found out that error code means that there is a problem with the battery. I tried everything in the article I found on line to no avail. I couldn't find the error code in the owners manual.

bought 2 because they were on sale, both had s1 errors out of the box. other people are saying to contact support, i'm just going to return them. price isn't worth it if i have to spend days/hours fixing their issue.

Dead on arrival. Will not charge out of the box. Had to spend 30 minutes on the phone with support just to say we will respond within 24 hours to send a new battery out. I think I'll just return the unit.

I bought this as a present for my parents. First one I purchased had a charging error as soon as it was taken out of the box. Returned that. Got this one. Same error! BOTH did not work right out of the box! I tried to buy them a nice present and instead my parents are annoyed and so I am. Do not buy!

Just like many others have stayed right out of the box, after trying to charger error code was displayed. I called the company who said they would send it's new battery. That never happened. Robovac has been sitting in a corner ever since. It wiggled be great if they sent the battery or refunded my money. I wiould be willing to write a new review if my problem is ever solved. Thanks
