eufy Security SoloCam S220, Wireless Outdoor Camera, Solar Camera, Battery Camera, 2K camera, with HomeBase S380 (HomeBase 3)

This camera system has a great picture and with the homebase 3 you don't have to pay for any service. I had a different brand system and this one far exceeds it. It did buy aftermarket gutter brackets that are a game changer though.

The description says this has a 135° viewing field, but it does not start recording until someone is well within the viewing area. 90° at the most. I have had people walk in front of the camera and not be recorded until they are about 45° from where the camera is trained. Not at all what I was expecting!

I bought this Camera around 2 years Ago and I had no issues with it, after a while mine wouldn't charge up to 100% anymore with the solar panel so I had to manually take it down and charge it with a USB C cable from time to time. I have a strong feeling that the Texas heat messed it up internally because until 1 month ago it completely disconnected and died on me, it wouldn't charge anymore. Overall great security camera, just wish I could've had that fixed. Replaced it with a C37 in a shaded area.

I love all of my Eufy cameras, and this one is another great addition. The picture quality is excellent, setup was easy, and the solar panel is a huge plus. The camera has been reliable and gives me great coverage around my property. Very happy with Eufy and would definitely recommend this camera! Highly Recommend!

Loses charge fast and needs to be physically plugged in to work—even when placed out in sunny area. 8gb isn't a lot of built in memory either and can't really see faces or cars clearly—especially if they are running past the camera. Too blurry even though 2K.

I really like this Eufy camera and would definitely recommend it. The AI tracking works really well and follows people or vehicles once the motion detector picks them up. My only complaint is finding the right position for the motion detection. Because of the roughly 15° detection angle, people walking across my yard usually trigger it, but vehicles coming onto my property only get picked up about 75% of the time. If they approach from the wrong angle, it may not trigger at all. I'm still trying to find that sweet spot. Overall, I'm very happy with the camera. I just wish the motion detection had a wider angle. For that reason, I also hope there will eventually be a way to enable 24-hour recording, so nothing is missed when the motion detector doesn't pick something up.

I bought the S340 for a corner location in the backyard . It gave me full coverage for the corner with overlap to 2 other cameras. I moved the older camera to a blind spot . I used the corner bracket and a 4"×4" outdoor electric box to mount it because of the gutter at the corner. I like that it tracks subjects moving around the yard invited or not. I would buy it again in the future.

Couldn't believe how easy the Eufy 360 outdoor solar camera was to install and use! I love the easy to use features and ability to move the camera however I like. Very precise and clear picture. These cameras are the best security cameras I have found!

The eufy SoloCam S220 is a very versatile, self-contained security camera that is incredibly easy to deploy. I use multiple as security cameras for my RV, where their all-in-one design is especially useful. Each unit has its own battery, solar panel, and onboard memory storage, so I can place the cameras wherever I need them and simply connect them to a Wi-Fi hotspot in the RV. The power management works very well, with the solar panels keeping the batteries fully charged so I never have to worry about running out of power. There's no need to run power cables or deal with separate storage devices, which makes installation simple and flexible. Deploying the cameras around the house is even easier. Overall, the SoloCam S220 is a well-designed, reliable, and convenient security solution that offers excellent flexibility for both home and RV use. Highly recommended!

Had 2 existing fixed cameras that work perfectly. Needed another PTZ to cover missing areas. I was concerned that adding another camera to the app would be difficult, but it was just the opposite, extremely easy. The camera works perfectly, exactly as advertised. We are very happy with these cameras.
