good quality, instructions could be clearer but got together , time consuming, says all tools to put together in box but only Allen wrench included no Phillips screwdriver. over all not to bad if you have good help. should be good and sturdy considering the size of screws used to connect

I can say the bag was super easy to put together and the results and results were absolutely amazing. I love the simple lines and the sturdiness. It's all made out of real wood. No press board here people. The boys love the end result repositioned it with the full bed to the left rather than underneath the cubby area instead I transition that into a chill spot. Highly recommend the bed top quality.

A lot to put together but it was worth it

Overall, it's a nice bed. However, while putting the bed together, we found that some of the pieces were not marked and a few were incorrectly marked. Description said ladder %26 bottom bed were movable, and thought ladder (%26 desk) could be moved to other side, however the desk could not be moved to the left side. I had to reconfigure the room and it'll work ok, it's not how I had originally planned. That is the only reason that I gave three stars Also, I thought the bottom bed would attached to the loft frame and it does not.

The bunk beds weren't hard to put together pretty simple it's nice but the top bunk isn't secured well only has 2 bolts that secure it to the bottom bunk. %26 it is very wobbly but okay for a kids bed as long as they don't rough house on the top bunk.

The assembler was very friendly and communicated very well but I do think this is a 2 man job , he did and is struggling a bit assembling and the pieces that was in the box to assemble was somewhat defective we are needing new parts to finish the full assemble

I got the bed assembled and everything seemed fine. About an hour later my sons room smelled so bad of chemicals . Started looking at the bed and under the bed in a side panel there is a warning P65 warning sticker . I have looked all over the description for this bed online and nowhere does it say that this product was created with formaldehyde. However after doing research online after finding the warning sticker that's what this sticker means. It can release harmful chemicals for a long time that can cause cancer. This is not safe for a child's room . I have had nonstop headache since yesterday . Waiting for a time when the man can come back and take the bed apart to return it . Not happy at all .

So far, two things. We are still trying to assemble. First was the delivery. They left the bunk bed outside of our house in an open parking lot where it could have been stolen. My husband had to leave work to rush home to collect it. Then the metal silver screws keep snapping. It was one of my concerns about shopping via Walmart. Quality product has never been your reputation. Good prices, yes. Material quality and satisfaction guaranteed. Not so much. You always bargain with disappointment. Fingers crossed. Hope we can deliver this bunk bed our two boys are excited for. Hardware keeps snapping.

I used the expert assembly. Which would have been great but they were unable to figure out how to configure the desk on the left side like it appears in some of the pictures. It doesn't not fit properly in my space now. I couldn't find any alternate directions anywhere or a way to contact the manufacturer. The bed is fine. I just would have never purchased it if I had known it couldn't be set up like it is pictured. There were also a couple faulty hardware pieces so the bottom drawer can't be completed. I do regret my purchase but have no idea how to return now that the expert assembly person built it and disposed of boxes for me.

Zero instructions making it impossible to put together. Now I need to return the item.
