The color finish was amazing this is my second bed has a lot of space adults can fit with ease and the extra space certainly helps the wooden slats are very sturdy

Sturdy and thankful all the pieces came but one box was delayed by 2 days. It still arrived and had easy to follow instructions. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase for the price given. Didn't install the trundle and overall took 4.5 hours to put together alone. I recommend having an extra set of hands but definitely doable alone. Once bed frames are put together I recommend installing the slats before connecting/stacking the two frames on top of one another.

everything was perfect as mentioned in the description. minor defect: two rail pieces had cracks on it. quality check team can do better job.

Beautiful bed. My daughter and I put it together. Easy to follow instructions. The only issue we ran into was slat installation. The instructions were to insert the slats after we joined the beds. It would have been so much easier if we had installed the slats before joining the beds-especially for the top bunk.

The bunkbed is look good. Trundle has 4tire that can move in and out. My suggestion is the tires should have break to stop the Trundle moving when people sleep or sit on it. I got hurt when the Trundle moved.

Some pieces came scraped/scratched while others were not labeled. One piece was missing entirely.

love the beds but one little piece was broken and will have to keep them or take each piece apart and send back in original box and packaging. not worth the work. ill just try to glue and keep them. some pieces were mislabeled or not labeled at all. havent got to use them yet. but may review again once weve used them awhile

Jimmy refuses to call or contact customers for a return. Jimmy is worried about his thin margins and small buisness rather than trying to find a solution for helping a customer willing to pay for the mistake. jimmy responds once a day. Jimmy deserves noones business. dont be a jimmy.

Wobbly ,and the missing holes to connect with am the stairs . Both sides arrived cracked .cheap not worth for the money, please buy something else if you want last and safe .
