Moleskin
I was told to get this by the daughter I live with. I got new hiking boots and wore them around the house to break them in. I did have a bit of problems and needed protection. My girl recommended me getting this one. Not only did it help but I could cut the size I needed. Easy to pack and be available if needed

Low price, low quality--get what you pay for
Used it for first time yesterday. Does not adhere well to the skin, so has shorter life. But price is good; it's a pretty big roll
