Arrived 5 days early. simple to use. I rolled it on in big areas. Brushed it on around vents and on the outer edges of my rv. I applied it in the heat of the day. Dryed as instructions stated. what little bit that I got on me came off with dawn soap and warm water. I applied two coats. Roof stopped leaking after the first coat. will definitely reseal the roof next season using this product.

The sealer went on very easily. Appearance after drying is great. We had a hail storm two days after applying, and it held up very well.

This product is really smooth and applies very easily with a paint brush or roller. My only issue was that I rolled it onto the metal roof of my cargo trailer at 4pm and it was 88 degrees. The next morning I got on the ladder to check it and it was like soup from all the humidity that got on it. I took a couple of dry 3/4 nap rollers and soaked most of it off and let it dry. I luckily salvaged it and was able to put additional coats a day later. Just keep in mind that if you apply it late in the day, the humidity will keep it from drying and liquify it if you are in a high humidity area.
