These always work for family older autos and truck. Don't over tighten as you can bread lead terminals. walmart sells terminal spray protector or just use equate petroleum jelly applied liberally on felt and termina. use battery post brush of course. don't spread open terminals with pliers or screwdriver. you will damage terminals. use a battery terminal spreader tool. walmart sells those online. top off your battery cells with walmart distilled water. scrub outside of battery with soft brush and detergent if dirty. use baking soda if corrosion is present anywhere on battery tray. always keep battery clean and secure.

I replaced my car battery with Walmart. When the battery was installed, the mechanic noticed one of the battery terminal is cracked. But they don't have the right ones at the store to replace them for me. I ordered these online, paid $4.88 2 weeks ago. Picked them up at the store where the auto shop is also located. The Walmart auto shop mechanic replaced the battery terminals for me at no cost because I bought the battery from them. They also had to modified the battery terminals a little to fit my car. Works perfectly and great customer service!

So easy. Used pliers even. Perfect design to hookup in little time because the architecture was thoughtful. Proves when somebody wants to produce something at an affordible cost it is possible. You'll see what I mean if you use them. Hope this is available the next time.

simple installation color coded for fool proof detection of negative to positive battery terminals.

These terminals are nicely pre-painted for correct installation to prevent acid salt build up, which always occurs on battery top terminals. I will try to find a set of boots to further inhibit corrosion on the terminals. The inclusion of the two colored felt pads is an additional aid to prevent corrosion and insure proper hook-up.

The only thing i didn't care so much about this product was the positive one was kind of to small to fit the post so i had to kind of pull it apart to make it fit.. other than that it did the job

Horrible the metal moves to easily and breaks apart and you can get it on terminal tight but then it always loosens by itself after a yime
