Even though the old battery was still good and the same as the one I just bought, it was more than five years old and while I live in Florida's harsh environment, batteries usually last about 4 years. I am getting ready for a long road trip and wanted to be safe with a new one. The EverStart brand is top notch!

I ordered this battery for pick-up after I attempted to get my battery changed at the Car Care Center at Wal-Mart. The employee working was hesitant to tell me is he was able to change a battery and then told me he wasn't sure what he had on the schedule. After he got another employee to look it up, he reluctantly told me to come back later and he might be able to do it...he did not offer to make an appointment. So, after meeting with his reluctance, I decided I was better off to do it myself. I ordered and went to pick-up the battery 2 hours after I ordered and it was flawlessly delivered to my car. Within just a few minutes after arriving home, the battery was installed and my car is starting and running beautifully! There is a 3 year warranty on this battery and I was satisfied with that. The price was at a good point as auto stores wanted between $40.00-$100.00 more for comparable batteries (same size and CCA). So far, so good. And, I like the 3 year replacement warranty.

I ordered it on line. I arrived at the store pickup. went direct to automotive service. They checked me in. Service was slow. Pickup and install took about 1 1/2 hrs. When ordering the battery they don't allow you to make an appointment for installation. I like the battery with a 3 yr warranty. Installion is free and price is about $20 dollars cheaper than a comparable battery at Napa.

It's works good since just used few weeks only. Fit to my car the issue I would tell for recommend is handle to lift the battery. The handle is not design properly to retractable/foldable property within battery itself. They have to see this from DieHard or other design.

picking it up was a breeze. the only thing I didn't like was when I tried to buy in store it wasn't available, only for curbside pickup. if it's available for curbside then it should be available for in store purchase. the older guy in automotive even told me not to buy it online and said we don't have it. go to West Sacramento. I chose to try getting it for curbside and I got it. saved me a trip to West Sacramento by not listening to him.

I ordered the battery on line , it war ready on the same day👍 and I picked it up with no issue.👍👍 I rated it 4 stars bc there was an additional regulatory fee and tax of $12 on top of sale tax!! I assumed it is the core charge for the old battery which usually will be refunded after turn in the old battery. The next day i tried to return the used battery at the Return desk for refund. They said they cannot do it there and refer me to the auto dept. After I explained the situation to the young man behind the counter, he mentioned that core return from on line battery purchase can be tricky. I am glad that he knew what to do and refunded the $ to my credit card. So Walmart please fix that issue, or the future on line battery buyers please aware that you may ends up paying extra fee/tax when purchase auto battery on line.

Battery fit fine, but Walmart core charge refund not honored. Not even sure what they are doing is legal in California. I returned old battery day after purchase (40 mile drive) only to be told they don't refund the core return charge. Left store still not understanding the return persons attempt to explain company policy. Plan to stick with auto part stores for auto parts from now on.

(1) Will not take old battery core and refund core charge. Was asked to pursue it 24hrs after delivery time. (2) Next day after 24hrs, still refused to take old battery core and refund core charge. Called online support and got return approved. (3) Third day, customer service desk said return not possible because I was told that I brought a different battery (UPC on new battery did not match with item ordered). But I showed photo of new battery taken at delivery time also showing UPC that also didn't match with order. In short, Walmart delivered wrong battery, was very sure they couldn't make the mistake because the system wouldn't allow such a mistake, and accused customer in an attempt to refuse return. Refund was eventually done because of my photos. (4) My family have now boycotted Walmart. There are many reasons but this was the straw that broke the camel's back.

Battery is fine however customer service lost walmart a customer. I had my core battery and they would not accept it or refund my core. The agent said because it was an online order that I had to get my core refund by calling customer service. I asked her if customer service was going to come to my house and pick up my core battery since she wouldnt let me leave it with her. She responded “I dont know”…. Nice going walmart. Why complicate an exchange process that we've been doing since the 1960's???? Unreal..

The person at the register was new. The supervisor stepped in and told me I cannot exchange my battery because I order the new battery online...instead of in the store. It's ALL Walmart. It doesn't matter that the battery was purchased online. The store is still supposed to accept my old battery and refund the core charge. That never happened. It was the single worst example of poor service I have ever experienced. It seemed as if her goal was to see how uncooperative she could be instead of how service oriented a supervisor should be. Just awful
