The only negative part of the transaction was processing of the core charge. The pickup employee had no idea how to handle it and when I took the old battery in to customer service, they said there was no charge on the transaction. When I got home, I was able to look at the transaction on line and there was a $10 fee under regulatory fees and taxes that sure looks like a core charge to me. I no longer have the old battery as I left it at customer service.

Battery was ready to go for pick up all was great . Only issue could not get a hold of anyone by phone at automotive center to see if i could return used battery and get core refund.

When it comes to automotive batteries Walmart is the best deal going. Walmart batteries are manufactured by the same companies as the parts houses but can offer them for much less.

The Battery was Fine it's the customer service that sucks you should get free installation with purchase but when I wanted to get Battery installed they said they were busy and wanted me to come back later in the day I said can you do it now he said we are busy you should of called and made a appointment I said we'll I did call yall never answered he said we are busy yeah the were busy standing around there were no cars in any stall terrible service

The readiness of product, when purchased it said available for pickup same day went in, staff in automotive center was great, but staff to release it from pickup would not scan and let me take it. Then on status of product said available the next day went home, and 5 minutes later it said ready for pickup now. Needed the battery so we had to go back. If it says ready now I would advise to call before you pick up.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had at Walmart. I bought a battery for my truck online which was ok but when I tried to turn in my old battery and get my refund, nobody seemed to know what to do. I finally got my old battery turned in and got a refund, but it was a nightmare. I'll never purchase a battery online from Walmart again.

Order new battery. Paid 10.00 express fee to deliver to my home. Told I could not get core charge fee back, or return old battery old back because I did it this way. Will never order a battery from Walmart to be delivered to my house again. This happened at Super Walmart Hickory NC.

I picked the battery up expecting to be reimbursed for the core charge at the desk inside. I expected to be reimbursed for the core charge,I was informed by somebody that was called a coach that Walmart wouldnt reimburse me the core charge because it wasnt the same battery. How could it be the same battery from a vehicle I bought that had a bad battery in it I have no idea where it came from. Your sign in the battery section states you accept lead acid batteries in exchange for new batteries purchased.

I was told the battery was not available yet I was still charged. I am waiting for the refund but I don't understand why the app showed the battery was ready for pick up even kept messaging me. yet when my pick up person arrived to pick up it wasn't available. Now the status shows it was picked up.
