Not cheap, but came 95% charged, dropped it on my charger and topped it off. Had no problems starting a 98 Sea-Doo that hadn't been started in years. I appreciated that it came with the bolts as well. Can't speak to longevity, but it worked well right out of the box.
Walmart took care of me in my time of need with the battery I needed for my bike. They saved me all kinds of trouble by bringing it to my home. Thank you Walmart.🙂🙂🙂👍👽
I called to see if the battery was in stock. I was informed I must order it online and could pick it up the next morning, which I ordered later. Said it was ready for pick up so in fact, it was in stock, but instead I had to pick up on one side of the store and take the old battery back to the other side of the store Not very handy
The battery terminals are not threaded, and they are offset from the side of the battery. So installation was very difficult. I was installing this and my Harley Davidson sportster and the previous battery had threaded terminals flushed to the side. In order to install I needed to use spacers and somehow keep a nut in place, inside the terminal. The bike is not starting well and I think it's because the spacer is not allowing optimal conductivity.
Would have been easieir just to pick it off the self and buy it rather than order on-line and have it delivered to parking space. Because my on-line order did not furnish a receipt showing the core charge for the battery I have a difficult time getting my core charge back at the customer counter. Buying in the store I would have been given a receipt showing core charge.
do not order a battery online. The only option I was given was curb side pickup. The problem is, you get charged the core charge fees and noone knew how to accept the core or refund for the core. i spent about an hour walking back and forth with a battery in the store to be told just call 1800-walmart and they will help. The exact statement from them was we so not have a way to refund your core online. I was told that they would give me a 10 dollar discount code on my next purchase of 25 dollars or more. and by the way, walmart has my core now.
They charge for a core charge but you can't get the core charge fee back after you return the old battery when you process it online. It doesn't matter if you use their curbside pickup or delivery.
This is junk. I bought it in January. By March it won't crank my 4 wheeler without a boost. I have to remove the back to get to it every time. It won't hold a charge for more than a few hours and it was days outside of the 3 month warranty. Save your money. It's total junk.
I've had the battery an extremely short amount of time and it's already malfunctioning! The battery won't stay charged and it's down to 10.84 volts after just a handful of uses! I put it in my Yamaha atv and it has failed to start it only after 4-5 times of using it a few minutes each time it's been started! Idk if I got a bad battery or what but now I'm looking at other places for a better battery! Can't ride my atv until I find something that works n will keep a charge cuz this battery did not!
I purchased a snowmobile battery online for curbside pickup. A $12 battery core charge was applied. This is common. When I went to return the old battery core per Walmart instructions to their Auto Center, I was in formed that they could not issue the refund, because their computer system couldn’t see the core charge on the order. I was instructed to take the spent barrery to Customer Service and see if they could help. Walmart, you have a problem!
