Super awesome machine. You definitely feel that muscle activation and tightness after the vibration session. I can tell that my muscles are beginning to tone and I have only used it four times in the past two weeks. Very low impact on the knees and hips so it is pain free.

Love this item! Bought it because I read it helps with Lymphatic drainage. Too soon to tell if it does, but it's a lotta fun to use! The writing is in JApanese or something, so I just have to guess which buttons to push. Very strong vibrations so I recommend it.

I saw the same exact one on Amazon for over $100. I did a lot of research on the variety of brands. This is the one I wanted. YouTube had a posting that had it in the top 5 of 100s. I liked the extra width on this one that others didn't offer. I saw o e negative review saying the placement of the foot plate se tion labels made her feet uncomfortable. i'm glad that didn't scare me away; I dont even feel them. I haven't put the batteries in the remote yet, hence no rating for that. I've only had it for a week and loving it. This thing is solid and not cheap quality. It's very quiet if you put both feet in the middle of the plate or on the next section, which is the one I use the most. I move my feet to the outer section for a few minutes before I decide to finish. When on that section, it's slightly more noisy, but nothing bothersome. I use it at least once a day for 10-15 minutes, and my husband doesn't even know I have it, lol. He is always on the floor directly below me and hasnt heard it. I haven't looked at the instructions yet. There are a lot more options than what Im using so far. I'm just still glowing from the basics and newness. I'm. sure that I'll venture to other options soon. I don't have water retention that I'm aware of so I can't attest to that benefit. I'm really hoping it burns calories as the reviews for all brands said. Too soon to know. I'm so happy with this choice. Im glad I took the time to research. And I'm very happy that Walmart offered it for a much lower cost. It arrived in 3 days and was packaged very well.

This is a very heavy sturdy machine. It is easy to use. It makes a tremendous difference in the aches that come with restless leg syndrome. Very happy with this purchase.

I had heard about these vibrator boards so decided to get one. The price is excellent and I think this board would match any others. I love the way I feel after standing on my Board.

I bought this for my husband who weighs around 280lbs. At one spot in the online information it said 400lbs was the weight limit so I ordered it. When it came I was reading the manual and the limit is 100kg/220lbs. I went back and read the online information again and it said 400lbs in one area and 265lbs in another. Very disappointing as I was able to use it and and it seemed like it had a lot of power but he wasn't able to try it out. Very inconsistent information on the product.

Unfortunately I can't use this as I have back issues but it does work especially first use expect to be itchy all over because of muscles that have not been used in a while

This has too much power on walking, jogging and running even on program %232. It rattles everything in proximity let alone the person sitting or standing on it. I can't imagine even going to to program nine.

i ORDERED THIS PRODUCT BUT ONLY GOT AROUND TO USING IT RECENTLY, IT WORKED 2X THEN WOULD NOT WORK AGAIN, i AM TOTALLY DISAPOINTED AS i PAID ALOT OF MONEY FOR THIS ONLY TO GET TO USE IT TWICE. BUYER BEWARE!
