This mixes easily into other stacks. I like it with my electrolytes and the tingling is noticeable but manageable. seems to help reduce fatigue durin my more intense training, Mixes well and i add it to my electrolytes.

my husband loves this stuff!

This product came quick quicker than expected, packages well and exactly what I was looking for for at a much better price than the other store review so I get I typical but at.

EVL Beta-Alanine has been a great addition to my pre-workout stack. I can add a little to my current "pre" for intense workouts, or I can take alone or even stack with EVL Arginine for a pure pre-workout experience without any caffeine or "proprietary blends". Might cause a tingling sensation, but doesn't give me the jitters like high doses of caffeine.

In my 30 years of working out, I have tried several supplements from different brands. Over the last several years Evlution Nutrition has become my go-to Brand for all my supplements. If you're looking for any type of supplement and EVL makes it, try them first, you won't be disappointed!

Beta-Alanine is a popular endurance supplement that is not only great for post workout, but also intra-workout. I like to take this during workout since drinking water is a bit boring for me. I like the constant energy it gives without all the jitters. Highly recommend!

I cycle on and off this product throughout the year. It really gives me an edge when I'm powering through my 2 hour cycling workouts. I feel like I recover faster and stronger.

this stuff works great

I've wanted to give this type a try because I've heard of it. I've heard good things about it.

I think it helps me work out longer before fatigue sets in. I definitely get the tingling in my hands after taking it that I read about before buying it. That really happens, but it's expected and doesn't last long.
