This mixes easily into other stacks. I like it with my electrolytes and the tingling is noticeable but manageable. seems to help reduce fatigue durin my more intense training, Mixes well and i add it to my electrolytes.

EVL Beta-Alanine has been a great addition to my pre-workout stack. I can add a little to my current "pre" for intense workouts, or I can take alone or even stack with EVL Arginine for a pure pre-workout experience without any caffeine or "proprietary blends". Might cause a tingling sensation, but doesn't give me the jitters like high doses of caffeine.
