Old age is getting the best of me. I use this and pair it it EVL fish oil to help with inflammation and help with my joints. I feel like it has definitely helped with my agile HIIT exercises. Everything is easy to swollen.

I have been taking FlexMode for several months now, and although I can't say I noticed an immediate difference, I will admit that despite lifting weights six days/week, and taking a Spin class on the seventh day, I barely experience any muscle or joint soreness. On the cusp of turning 40, keeping my body pain free, and energized are so vital in achieving results with my training program. I plan on continuing to use FlexMode moving forward.

I find this works as well as Instaflex which is much more ex[ensive

Definitely noticed a difference! Weightlifting over the years has caused various issues with my elbows and shoulders. Ever since I started using Flex Mode, a lot of those issues went away

I have been lifting my entire life and had to go through a double shoulder. Flexmode has helped tremendously with my shoulder pain during physical therapy and I have seen great improvement. I also recommend taking it with Omega-3s for better results.

I had a knee surgery two years ago because of a torn ACL and meniscus. Since then I have struggled to get back into a workout regime even though I come from an athletic background. In the epast few months I have started workoing out more and taking this and my kee has improved so much! Great mobility and less pain it's very effective! I definitely recommend this!

I had ACL surgery three years agao because of a skateboarding accident. Even after physical therapy my mobility wasn't the best. My doctor recommended supplimentation so I started using this and my knee has never been better! Almost like how it was before surgery!

I have inflamed nerves which makes it very painful to be on my feet. I really like the product, I felt some pain relief within 3-5 days and after a month I was able to actually go for a long walk without significant pain. And when I ran out and I definitely felt more pain, I just wish these were a little cheaper.
