i have been using other joint supplements and find that they do work fine for awhile so i saw this product and all it says it covers like cartilage support,well im not quite sure yet about that however I an honestly say after one week of use i have noticed a difference in lower pain please follow directions taking with a meal makes a big difference anyway your choice Best wishes grandpa john

Seems to help , but not as well as my last supplement

I have inflamed nerves which makes it very painful to be on my feet. I really like the product, I felt some pain relief within 3-5 days and after a month I was able to actually go for a long walk without significant pain. And when I ran out and I definitely felt more pain, I just wish these were a little cheaper.
