I highly recommend this product! I’ve had the worse luck with fitted sheets and this has been the only thing so far that has worked for me. I used to wake up every morning and half the fitted sheet would be off the bed, now I haven’t had to fix it unless I take them off for a wash. We even went back and got more for our guest rooms.
The directions said that you bend/fold ( guessing) the clips to open them NO PICTURE so no idea what that means. Then figured it out, but once it was open it would not close using a good amount of male strength. It would have to be wigged and finessed to get it to lock. Then in use the locks would open up by themselves letting the fitted sheet completely off. I was using this on a fully plastic covered mattress so it was easy to slip. But it should not have opened or let go of the sheet. I'm giving it a generous 3 star rating because it might work for a mattress that is not plastic covered much better. But not a great design but a cheap buy if you can get it to work. Adjustments were easy but quality sucks. Get the metal ones for double the price. See the picture for one clip opened and one clip closed.
This says they're metal, which is why I bought them, but there's not a single piece of metal anywhere. These are entirely plastic and the instructions to open the clips are unclear. I don't have a lot of faith in these being effective. Will update.
I was disappointed with this purchase. The product listing showed two different types of clips—one image featured white plastic clips, while another showed metal clips. I received the white plastic version, which was not what I expected. Unfortunately, the plastic clips did not hold the sheets securely. By morning, at least one clip had come loose. I've used metal sheet grippers in the past and found them to be much more reliable, which is why I chose this product in the first place—especially since it's labeled as EVRI “metal” sheet grippers. Overall, the clips I received did not perform well and did not match my expectations based on the listing.
First the description says metal, but they are plastic. The jaws don't stay open without holding them open, making it very hard to attach to the sheet. They work, but not well.
completely misleading title and intentionally misleading photos. there isn't so much of a single gram of metal in these they are plastic grippers and elastic straps. of the three photos that are posted on the Walmart listing the first of them mostly shows the truth of the item but the following two are outright lies.
The clips were useless on my sheets. I tried doubling, even tripling, the sheet folds, thinking the thicker sheets would hold the clip, but it did not.
These are horrible to work with! First of all, they are difficult to pop open because I've never worked with anything like these before and the instructions only say fold inward. After trying to fold them every which way but loose and not break them, I finally was able to pop one open. As you are trying to attach them, the teeth start closing on you so if you are working with any kind of stretchy material like I was, once you get it in place it is almost impossible to lock it with one hand because you are holding the material in the other. When I tried to lock it with that one hand they open up and the material pops right out. Very frustrating, especially since I had to use 14 clips to put new covers on my new patio furniture chair cushions. The old metal clips would have worked so much better. I don't know who invented these but they should have left good enough alone. if and when you get them to work, they do hold on just fine.
Don't buy the plastic clips, look for metal clip ones! I took them off to wash my sheets and put them on my new sheets and 1st one broke before I could even clip it, the ring that holds the elastic did*
These had no grip and would not hold even with out tension on them. Slipped off immediately. Do not recommend buying these. Poor Quality and useless to hold sheet corners!
