No chemicals, no smell, no synthetics, no kidding. I do not like the hard balls they sell for this use, very artificial and sketchy, tried several. On a walk today I could have almost spit fragrance (which as an ingredient could mean anything!) when I went past a house and the dryer vent was spewing out toxins from dryer sheets, beautiful day and then bam, stankville. Oh what a shame to do overall, and your skin absorbs those chemicals from your clothes being saturated in toxins. No wonder dryer sheets will rid of snakes, skunks, and me ha!!! I am highly sensitive and dryer sheets are intolerable in every way. I use both balls in one load and cover when I store them to prevent dust. Your clothes won't clump, as how fitted sheets will surprise you with a wet wash cloth that hid away! Great for comforters that clump together or pillows. But in general it makes the clothes separate and they dry faster and more evenly. A laundromat necessity. Such a small price that has endless returns and a nod to ecology to try to do our best to use less! These have no smell whatsoever and can still be used after the suggested amount of loads in my experience, which is years worth. Hey if ya don't like it, toss it to the cat, cheaper than toys or craft a snowman with some loose buttons! This is non-toxic, pure wool. And wool is always a good choice. Goodbye static, hello savings!
These dryer balls are fantastic. No need to buy dryer sheets. The balls gently "massage" the moisture out of your clothes. That means, less drying time . which lowers the electric bill. The balls are unscented, but I add a drop of eucalyptus oil to each ball and the clothes come out of the dryer smelling extremely fresh. Plus, an added bonus, eucalyptus oil is a bacterial deterrent.
The static in the clothes has disappeared? Crazy! And such a great price point! Such a great and clean alternative to dryer sheets. I'm so happy with this purchase. I add essential oils to boost the smell of my clothes and it does the job. Love that this helps the environment and my gas bill too!
Evriholder 100% Wool Dryer Balls, 2 Pack i started using these Evriholder 100% Wool Dryer Balls, 2 Pack and honestly they made a difference in my laundry routine. i didnt expect much at first but they actually help the clothes dry faster and come out less wrinkled. i like that they are a natural option instead of using dryer sheets all the time and it feels a bit more simple and clean. the dryer balls are soft but firm and they bounce around in the dryer easily separating the clothes so air can move better. i noticed towels and heavier clothes dont come out as damp as before and sometimes the drying time is a bit shorter which saves energy. they are also reusable so you dont keep buying sheets over and over which is nice for long term use. another thing i like is that they dont leave any weird smell or residue on clothes. my laundry just smells like clean clothes and nothing extra added. they also seem gentle on fabrics and i didnt notice any damage or lint issues. they are very easy to just toss in and forget about while the machine runs. the size of the 2 pack is enough for a normal load and they dont make alot of noise inside the dryer. they also dont fall apart or lose shape even after multiple uses which shows the quality is good. overall they are a simple but useful laundry item that actually does what it says and makes drying a bit more efficient and natural.
I used the dryer balls on several loads of wash. No static cling, no wrinkles, no unwanted scent. I just hope I get these same results after a lot of use. They are cheaper than drier sheets in the log run. Also NO unwanted chemicals!
Liked that it helps static level. Didn't like that the balls get lost within my piled laundry in dryer; taught me to carefully remove items from dryer to avoid balls spilling onto floor.
I had never heard of these untill I was looking for something to soften new towels. They really work. They actually work so well that I purchased a couple more. They have no chemicals or scent which is very nice. If they had googly eyes it would be fun to watch them spin around a dryer that had a glass door.
These were not as good as expected because they shrunk in the dryer. However, I was impressed with the lack of smell on my clothes, and they came out the dryer fresh and without static! That alone was very nice. I received some as a gift years ago and sort of forgot about them, but it's nice to be conscious of the environment. I do think they could be improved, since they came out with pilling, but the size, color, shape, and price is perfect. I am very glad I purchased these!
These dryer balls do keep things from wrinkling however there is a reasonable amount of Static that wasn't there when I used dryer sheets.
i orderef these dryer balls but i mever received them. somehow i was delivered 2 bags of bird seed instead of dryer balls. not sure how you could mistake wool balls for bird seed!
