To me its on the pricier side (100 pills for $13) but this is my go to when i feel a migraine coming on or sometimes when i already have one. If you take it as soon as you feel a migraine coming on it starts to work (at least on me) within 30 minutes. I am a chronic migraine sufferer and i always keep this on hand.

does help if you take them right when you feel a migraine coming. but if you suffer with bad migraines like me, it may not work all the time. but it has helped with some and also with them cluster headaches and just down right headaches that want to stay around. just drink plenty of water. always helps with any medicine

Excedrin migraine has been my go-to migraine relief for years. It does not leave me drowsy or with any weird side effects. While it knocks a migraine out of the park, it is also effective for other nagging aches, pains, cramps etc. The value I will say is okay. The price across the board seems to keep increasing but when you need fast relief, Excedrin gets the job done.

I don't get migraines very often but when I do, this is the only thing that works is the Excedrin migraine. I make sure I have it all the time if I run out, I order it right away. It is the only thing that works for me and I take it the minute I start feeling it coming on. If I don't catch it in time and wait or just try to go to sleep without taking it the next day I can't even have any light. This is the best thing out there for migraines, the beginning of a migraine any kind of headache I would just take this. It's better than any other brand. I highly recommend Excedrin. I stand behind it and it's the only true thing that works.

I get terrible sinus related headaches but nothing ever seems to work and someone let me try their Excedrin migraine. it really seems to work. sometimes it does upset my stomach so I am most often just take one capsule and that really helps as well. I tried the equate brand equivalent and I find the Excedrin brand works better.

I get migraine headaches several times a month and the Excedrin migraine pills are the only thing that eases the pain. The combo of aspirin, acetaminophen and caffeine stops the migraine in its tracks. The key is to take it as soon as you feel symptoms coming on, sometimes if you wait until the pain is too bad, they may not work.

The combination of ingredients and dosages in this:Acetaminphen 250 mg, Aspirin 250 mg. and caffeine 65 mg, work in an AMAZING way to get rid of a headache, toothache, or muscle ache inside of 20 minutes for me. I like they are using lower dosages than some of the competitors, which makes it a safer product, in my opinion . That small amount of caffeine feels like a catalyst to the other two ingredients, which might be why it works faster for me. I love this stuff and keep it on my nightstand.

This is my family’s and i’s go-to for our headaches. Mine can get pretty bad but it’s not a migraine. This takes it away right away. Both my kids and I will take Tylenol ES but it doesn’t do the job quite effectively as this does. Just 1 and taken with food and we’re all set! Love it and thankful for it <3
