This variety contains 500 mg of acetaminophen in a dose. I took this a few times when I had debilitating headaches. I waited a bit and didn't take them at the onset of the headaches. Didn't feel much different than a normal acetaminophen tablet. I felt like a capsule would have been a faster relief. No bad taste. Great value. Just not the quickest or most effective I have ever tried

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using Excedrin Extra Strength for a long time so I was interested in trying Excedrin Rapid Relief. It worked well enough and helped with my headache but I honestly didn't notice a big difference compared to the regular Excedrin I already keep on hand. One thing I did notice is that Rapid Relief doesn't contain caffeine while the Extra Strength version does. Since I'm used to the Extra Strength formula I personally prefer having the caffeine included. I didn't experience any weird side effects and the product did what it was supposed to do. I just didn't find a reason to choose it over the Excedrin Extra Strength I've been using for years. Overall it's a decent option but for me I'll probably stick with my usual Excedrin.
