been using this product without the lavender for years. lavender of course is wonderful calming. . this product contains a much better amount of menthol that it competitor's which contributes to its better pain relief. Easy does it on the rolling it on or youll iust waste it. as a little of ot goes along ways . keep bottle cap tight and store upright .i have used this about 7 years without the lavender about 7 months with it. i purchase this every month for daily use morning and night. helps me get going in my knees and sleep better from pain relief at night. i wish the price hadnt of gone up but as you know everything has .still wory the money !

this doesn't even smell like the regular icy hot, it smells Amazing! I have found that the store brand does not smell as good as the Icy Hot brand though.

Wanted to try a roll on and saw this online.it goes on smooth and light,not greasy although I wear gloves because I don't want to get in my eyes.love the lavender scent,better than menthol scent.works right away.

I have used a variety of topical pain relievers for the past year or so (mainly for minor aches and pains, nothing I would consider severe, more so “nagging”), and this is one of my favorites. The lavender-scented roll-on is perfect for when I'm working and would rather not smell like a medicine cabinet, Better still it packs the same punch as the regular balm, except it's not at all greasy. I also use the balm at home/ for over night relief. It's more cost effective that way. Give it a try. It's as good, if not better, than Tiger Balm. iykyk.

This is a fabulous product!! The lavender is subtle cuz I wasn't expecting to like it. I am not a lavender lover it makes me feel uggy! This is a great pain relief product… while on a tour of the western slope in Colorado I used everyday: morning, noon %26 night. We were walking on uneven trails, in elevations of 6 to 10,000 ft. Generally 8-10,000….between electrolyte additions to water %26 icy hot…I was more comfortable than ever expecting!! An additional plus!!!! Mosquitoes hate both menthol %26 lavender!!! So I use at home in flatland SD as a pain relieving bug repellent! Oh yes it works!!!!

Icy Hot with Lavender is fantastic! Love it. Works great, smells good. However, Icy Hot wasn't what i got. I got Walmart's brand which doesn't work at all. Not sure why they picked Walmart's brand when it's not what i ordered. Wasn't even my alternate choice.
