Slow & Effective
The position instructions need a little more clarity but the exercises, when done correctly, are very effective. It's nice to have a husband and wife duo but they could be a little more energetic. There are no problems with the video and audio quality. I'm glad I added this DVD to my collection; it really kicks my butt!

Great for the body
Really liked the tape. Great for back pain. Felt so much better after doing most of the tape. There are several sections. I grew up doing ballet. New improved moves. This barre I will use often.

It's advanced
Not for beginners in the sense of just starting a workout / exercise program. You will need balance and core strength which I don't have either
