Exo Terra Large Flat Home Faunarium

I got this to keep a juvenile kingsnake in until the usual 30 to 60 day quarantine time had passed and I could put him in an enclosure. I like that it has a removable separator. When the separator is used, the separated sections are not equal in size. Each section also has it's own clear window opening, which is a plus. The window opening on the bigger side slides into a locked, closed position(hard to explain but really secure). The smaller window opening clicks closed. I prefer the sliding side as it's less noisy and less stressful for the snake. The darker lid for the entire thing also clicks securely into place. This is a very secure item. Much, much more secure than a shoebox that also clicks closed. I have no had to worry once about little guy getting out. Its super easy to clean too. If you're looking for a secure quarantine tank, I'd suggest this faunarium. It's too small to be housing longterm, but it would be great for trips to the very or somewhere to hold your snake while you move.

IT IS LARGER THAN I EXPECT, VERY ROOMY!!! I WILL HAVE THIS FOR A LONG TIME. :-)

I love these (ordered two). The first two I ordered, though, I got sent to my house. They both arrived in one big box and were cracked. I returned those and ordered them to pick up at the store. They arrived packaged nicely and with no cracks. Works great for my insect friends.
