Expert Gardener Outdoor Dial Faucet Mechanical Watering Controller

Wow, this timer is so great for watering my garden. I use soaker hoses, and I love that I don't have to keep watching the clock to run out and change to a different hose.

I Flooded my green house when I left the water spicket open. now I can set this timer for a few minutes and if I forget to turn it off again, it will turn itself off.

No complicated directions needed for this large visible dial watering timer. Works great and even with my maculardegeneration,I can operate it easily.

For those of us who don't have the time to (or just don't want to) stand in the garden watering, this is great. It's easy to install, just attach to the faucet and connect your hose to it. It's easy to set, too. There's a setting for manual, for when you have the time or inclination to water, or you can set the timer to shut off in 15 minute increments, up to 120 minutes, or anything in between. The connections are water-tight so you don't have to worry about it running up your water bill, and it is mechanical so no batteries to replace. This will definitely get a lot of use in my raised bed garden this year.

Nice timer. It went on easily with no leaks. Does exactly as stated in description. A good value for the money.

I really like these timers. We have a big garden with everything on drip lines. These atr perfect fir soaking the garden for 1 or two hours. All have them on fruit trees. Easy to set to manual for a long soak. I highly recommend them.

The water timer did work as described. The assembly seems frail and it took some tweaking to stop it from leaking at the green inlet connection. I was afraid it would break as I tightened it up. Manual dial timer function did work, but I only used it a couple of times.

I frequently forget to turn the water off when filling my horses' water trough. This looked like an inexpensive solution. Unfortunately, it leaks like a sieve around all the joints. I'm still using it because the leaks are less than if I forget to turn off the faucet. I guess you get what you pay for. It is 100% plastic. Next year I'll purchase a better made, hopefully nonplastic model.

It only goes to 2 hrs. I should have read the description better? You can't set times for it to come on. Once again, probably on me. It also seems to leak, but my faucets leak…so that may also be on me.

Unfortunately mine would not shut off. It gets stuck right at the end of the time and just doesn't get pushed to off. I returned it and ordered another one.
