A real time saver
I've been smoking pork but shoulders for quite a few years. This tool helped me tear through two huge pork butt shoulders in no time at all. I was very pleased with their performance and it saved me a lot of time and trouble. Would definitely recommend

Meat claws
Cheap and won't last long. If you are only planning on needing them less than a few times then they are ok. Plastic and will break and get dull very quickly. Spent a bit more and get quality ones. I wish I would have.

They work fine, but the chicken I used them on must have been too small for them to be very effective. I ended up just using two regular forks, which worked way better.
