It worked as promised. I am not happy with the fact that computers do not come with CD drives anymore. They only have USB ports. I am not always happy with this arrangement and the ports are always on the back of the computer. They are hard to get at and inconvenient.

I would definitely buy this item again, it is very easy to use/set up and you couldn't beat the price

If you want to access your old cds and dvds this would be your go-to device to attach to your computer.

bought 2 . 1 worked. the other worked but would not finalize the DVD. will not buy again. I don't think when I buy I should wager on if it works or not

Delivery process was good. So far, product itself does what it is supposed to but installation instructions not all that clear. Aesthetics could be better. OK for my purposes

the outside isnt fully connected to the inside so it just hangs. 😒 it works but i have to be extra careful with it. honestly not worth the money since its clearly broken even if it works...

It took me a few days to try this item out as I have been busy, but I can tell you in my experience that it DOES NOT WORK WITH LINUX, and it DID NOT WORK WITH WINDOWS 11 either. It powers on, that's about it, even the usb ports don't work, and honestly looking at it it doesn't have the TF card ports and all the ports I was supposed to get. Sure I could try and send it back, but there is a reason I purchased it online and that is because "I am unable to go to Walmart", meaning I can't return it, and I have no means of printing a postage stamp either from Walmart customer support. I guess I will just chalk this one up as a loss, because it just doesn't work at all. Not working on Linux is one thing, but not working on Windows 11 is quite another thing because it installs the drivers for it automatically. All that being said, it's cheap for a reason, it's junk in my opinion. Powers on, doesn't do nothing and the ports are not as advertised. I would suggest nobody buy this crap.

Could not import CDs in Apple Music without error correction (SLOW mode) on Mac. Drive disappears after spinning up to high speed.

Uh been trying all night to get it running but power cord doesn't stay in and laptop cannot find drive!!

It did not work. It would not power up when connected to windows 11; therefore, the low rating and it will be returned.
