This stair stepper was exactly what I was hopping for. It was easy to assemble and I did my first workout and not being fit any longer, it was a real quad burner. I found a youtube workout video for beginners which helped a lot. I know I will regain a lot of fitness using this stepper. it is very sturdy and well made It accommodates my 170 lbs. no problem, and works well. I've only had it for a day, so I can't comment on it's longevity, With how well it's made, I will expect it to last a long time.

Easy to put together. I did it in 30 minutes or less. It is fun to use and really does the work of helping to get a good workout of the legs, butt and back. It really works your body. It is very sturdy and able to take the weight of a person over 300 pounds! Other weight persons have worked on it and it was firm and durable for their weight too. this is a tough work out. started small. still working my way up. i increase my steps everyday. time didn't matter to me bc i have to take breaks. love it tho.

I feel like it should have more resistance, it has 3 levels but I don't think each one makes it much harder, overall I do like it and still think it will be beneficial as a beginner but not much longer after that.

I used this once and the cords got worn out and are ready to snap any minute. Didn't use it again as I didn't want to get hurt. I took it to Walmart only to find out this item is not returnable even though it says it is. I messaged the seller and he responded once asking if I need a part and then never wrote back again evern after 3 emails. So I'm out $90 for something I used once. Terrible experience and total waste of money. Would rather pay more money for something that actually works and is durable. 2 months later, no response and I am still so annoyed so I decided everyone should know.
