CAP Barbell Unisex 20 lb Walking and Running Weighted Vest, Easily Adjustable from 1 - 20 lbs

Comes with 20 one-pound sand weights. Each weight is tucked inside one of 20 pouches so they don't fall out if you were to do somersaults :) The vest holds 10 pounds in the front and 10 in the back. I started out with only 6 pounds in the back. Carrying that weight around all day really strengthens and increases the workload on legs, glutes, and core muscles. I really feel the benefits with the vest is removed. It's like you're walking on air.

Really satisfied with the product, especially really great for the price compared to other brands. However, the weights are slightly annoying to fiddle with to get in and out of the vest. However, like I said, it is a great product, and I have already recommended it to a friend.

I use this for walking. Fit is good, doesn't bounce or flop around. I am medium build, five seven, one sixty five lbs, and it sits comfortably. The weights take some wiggling to insert, and they are on the inside, so I am not sure how they feel on a run, but for a walking vest, this is great value for the price.

For the price of $20, the quality of the vest was beyond my expectations! Experienced no issues at all! No busted sandbags, rips, tears, or anything. Fits snug! Adds a desirable amount of resistance to your workout!

I'm recovering from being paralyzed on my left side so I have a spinal cord injury it's 20 lb was perfect but I took out 9 lb out of it and kept 10 lb in it actually 11 it decompressed my spine thank you just what I was looking for

The material is great. I don't worry about the straps tearing apart. I really love how u can adjust the weight. There is 20 bags that way 1lb each. I use this weight vest daily when walking my dog. I was skeptical but I see an improvement in my body posture, leg and core strength.

This is just what I was looking for. Love the big velcro strap to keep it tight to my body. I love that I can add weight as I strengthen my hips.

The CAP Barbell Weighted Vest looks just like the pictures. It's great for adding an extra level of intensity to my workouts. I usually use it at home for squats, lunges, and other exercises that don't require gym equipment. When it's fully loaded with all 20 lbs, lifting it over your head to put it on can be a little tricky. It is somewhat bulky, but again, it matches the product photos exactly. If I were using it for walks, runs, or the gym, I'd probably go for something a bit slimmer—but for the price, this one is a good value.

This vest is covered with small pockets with bags of sand. Id spend more and get a vest that had more thought involved in it design

The single weight packages are hard to fit into the pockets (most) and cannot fit all 20 in, only 18 fit. Some even fall out during exercising. Straps sometimes loosen during workout despit being tight up really tight at the begining.
