Yes, as a matter of fact, my sister's getting a pair so you're up there an age mid upper 70s. My mom were sitting down watching TV or exercising with them. You got your legs when you get older you can keep walking personally I broke my hip at Christmas. It was making my leg stronger. I'm starting to. walk a little better.

I am very pleased with the weights they are better than what I expected exactly what I need exactly no complaints and in the future if anything happens to these i"ll buy another pair

Pretty good. A little hard to get them strapped onto my arms because i have to do it one handed but thats not really the fault of the product. I like the heaviness because they're heavy enough but not too heavy and i like to wear them around to passively build a bit of muscle. I especially recommend them for people who arent active, but obviously they're good for people who are active as well.

These are very well made, they are easy to adjust the weights take-out or add a metal bar in the reinforced slot. The long Velcro strap in the middle and the long Velcro strip at the bottom make them very secure on your ankles or your arms above the wrist. I going to buy another pair so that I can wear them on my lower arms and lower legs both!

Product good. Price good. Delivery time good. Sadly delivered to the wrong door. I needed it at the top of the handicap ramp like I specified.

The velcro straps are too small and the overall item body length is a bit too long for the forearms, if you have muscular forearms the strap is too short it squeezes the life out my arms, and unless you've got super long forearms this product isn't for you. I think the design is great besides that, and the idea is good, solid and durable materials. If only they made minor adjustments it would be perfect, shorten overall length and make the stretchy velcro strap a bit larger to fit bulky forearms. Otherwise actually pretty cool product idea and I even like the style, kinda like a cool gauntlet set, anyway cool product, a bit too small for me, but cool thanks

These are not ankle weights, they are Wrist Weights. The strap is not long enough to fit around your calf/ankle. They are labeled incorrectly. However, they work perfectly as wrist weights if that's what you need! Great quality for Wrist weights.

After ordering the product it was delayed in shipping and then never even arrived. Tried contacting Walmart customer service though they replied that they don't warranty items they sell through 3rd party even though it never said anything about 3rd party when purchasing on Wallmart app. I never got to see the product but I would never purchase through Wallmart again. There are other sellers that stand by their sales so I suggest using them.

it says wrist ankle but it's actually just for legs there's no way to use this decently on the wrist unless you are like 6foot 5
