Everyone taking off a star because of the lock feature – it says right in the directions to just hold the elec-open button and then hit 7 and then 9 and it disables it. Easy Peezy. I replaced my nightmare of a Toshiba microwave with this one, and I love it so much! I love the inside and the outside and all of the features and the power that it has. Would definitely recommend.!

It was a lot larger than I expected but still fits perfectly on my countertop. Very easy to set up and use...nothing too outrageous for a microwave. If it hadn't been on sale for Black Friday, I may not have purchased it...which would have been a terrible loss on my part.

I bought this Farberware microwave to put in a small rental cabin. It's small size and the fact that have a Farberware microwave at home, guided my decision. This microwave is able to fit into a limited space area, but, be aware, that with this comes small inside dimensions. The heating/cooking time might take a bit longer than you're used to if you're not used to a 700w oven. The bottom line is, this microwave fits a small space and it heats food. I can't speak to its longevity, but for now it meets my needs.

easy to set up , just had to read directions on how to turn off child safty lock. I don't have any kids and that feature was a pain in the neck to me.

Love using - so nice to have a microwave back in the house. Pretty easy to use. But will reread directions, as they are different from my last one. And I want to be able to use it well.

The only thing I could find wrong was the child safety lock. In today's world it's a good safety feature but there's no way to disable it and there are no children in the household. This is the first microwave I've had with that feature. I just find it inconvenient to do an extra button push to get the door opened. After doing it for a week or two I don't even think about it now.

this microwave doesn't work as good as my old one but it is a 100 watt difference. i like that it is dark inside and seems easier to clean than my old one!

I have to hit the unlock button every time I want to open the door of the microwave. I ordered stainless steel and it's mostly black. It works good, but I do not care for the appearance and now it does not match my other appliances. The extra button is nerve-racking to open the door. I would not purchase this again. I'm probably gonna give it away actually.

I ordered this waited a week and it's still the night, where it did come he gave it to The Neighbor Next Door which I did not get poor delivery service

Never received the product then 4 days later after talking with AI tony and trying to get ahold of a live person I did get a refund, did order a replacement ( not the same one) hopefully it will be delivered tomorrow by 10 pm like they said we will see.
