They feel really good and work great! A bit expensive though. I'm hoping they will last a longtime like they are advertised too. I put them on my dumbbells and the extra ones I bought; those were the Orange Extreme Fat Gripz I put on my Beckford Bar by taking off the cheap stock red foam grips!

This is so well made and truly heightens one's grip strength while lifting. On top of that it helps avoid callus buildup by support your grip through lifting by the rubbery material. Well worth it!

Love these things. They fit on my generic dumbbells and generic curl bar. They will NOT fit over dummbells with a foam handle.

I was worried these were a scam at first but my arms have gotten way bigger after using them and especially my forearms its a huge difference, they are also really easy to take on and off a handle.

This is my third set. They are fantastic! Slowly putting them on all my handles. I prefer the middle size, but the handle I'm putting these ones on is shared, and this size works for both of us.

I mistakenly swapped two different Gripz in store and seeing them in the sunlight they're two slightly different shades of blue. One is blueish green and the other is bluish purple.
