These fiber gummies taste great ! I've been taking fiber gummies for quite a while, and these are top of my list ! Sugar free is a plus for me, too.
I like that they are sugar free. I have been having problems with irregular bowel movements .I have been taking them for two months now. I noticed the bloating and bowel issues are improving. They taste very good. I highly recommend this product.

I las looking forward to trying them until I read the ingredients. They contain Erythritol and that is contraindicated in people with a history of heart disease, like my husband. I had to discard them.
