Comes in two bags instead of one! Interesting but can be convenient

Fiber One cereal serves as a quick and satiating breakfast. I enjoy a small bowl for a diabetic snack when my glucose is trending low. And it satisfies my need for something lightly sweet and crunchy. I never feel guilty when I eat a bowl of Fiber One Cereal.

I did not expect to love this as much as I do. It tastes so good. i had it with milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon. it wasn't super crunchy, but it never got soggy either. I made the recipe for high fiber bran muffins on the back, and I used vanilla protein shake instead of milk and unsweetened applesauce instead of veg oil, and they turned out amazing. I did not use raisens. Instead, I put cranberries in half anf Lily's sugar-free chocolate chips in the other half

Of all the fiber cereals out there, this one is packed with the most fiber per cup. Doesn't taste amazing but gets things moving along. I take a bran cereal with raisins and mix them together to help the taste. Eat it with almond milk (and a splash of half and half for viscosity).

Great options when trying to hit fiber goals. One bowl fulfills all your fiber needs. It's a very good but mild tasting cereal. Think Cheerios. However you can easily add things like berries or a banana and if you use almond milk you add lil calories. I really like to put a couple tablespoons of powder peanut butter with one banana and use almond milk. It ends up being less than 350 calories and 30 grams of fiber and 20 grams of protein a great morning starry with healthy carbs for all day energy.

Nice high fiber no added sugar cereal. Can also use to make bran muffins. Only 90 calories per serving, although who only eats one tiny serving? I add no calorie sweetener and fruit and it is a nice, filling meal. Kind of pricy in my opinion but pretty much everything is thses days.

I bought this for the fiber content. It's great for fiber. Seems to be one of the highest fiber cereals around. So, that part is great. The taste however leaves a lot to be desired. I felt like I was eating a bowl of cardboard strips in milk. And it has an odd, almost greasy feel in the mouth. I'll have to stick with it because of the fiber content but I sure wish they'd make it taste better.

I should have more closely examined ingredients before ordering this cereal. I cannot recommend this cereal because General Mills adds the controversial and potentially harmful artificial sweetener sucrose. What a shame. This additive brings a peculiar false-sweetness taste to what could be an excellent product. The FDA rushes these additives which have a huge and deep-pocketed lobby ensuring their approval. We look for products with little or no sugar added - or worse - with no artificial sweeteners. Sadly, America is addicted to sugar, and companies recognize and exploit that truism. This cereal would be awesome without the fake sweetener. It could be drizzled with honey or the consumer could add their own raw sugar or fruit, whatever.

This box of cereal had a funny taste. The “best if used by” date was October 6, 2024.

This used to be one of my favorite breakfast cereals because of its high fiber content. I recently ordered two boxes of Fiber One. After they were delivered I thoroughly read the label and saw that Fiber One contains Bioengineered Food Ingredients aka GMOs.. I will be returning both boxes and choosing a Non GMO high fiber breakfast option for now on.
