great snack for when I am trying to cut back on my sugar intake and does help with the fiber in it.... they taste great too

The bars are a fantastic snack and breakfast item.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are a fantastic addition to my Weight Watchers program. The bars satisfy your cravings for something sweet. They can be warmed up for a fantastic cinnamon roll flavor at breakfast. These bars are very addicting and yummy.

Fresh, Soft, and Tasty Pastry
At first, you think wow these are small. After you remove one from its pack, you think, well that is a decent size for small. Then, you bite into it and discover there are a lot of bites in this small pastry. I'd guess these are really wonderful for people on the go, since they are compact enough to slip into a handbag or lunch tote. Really great with coffee but also a tasty any time snack.

Tastes like coffee cake, but lighter!
These are very tasty, and only 2 Weight Watcher points. When I'm looking to a sweet treat, I often turn to them. They are light, flavorful, and really taste like coffee cake. (The other flavors of Fiber One 70 calorie bars and brownies are also really good.)

Delicious low carb breakfast/snack! Yay!
Delicious! I am trying to do low carb and breakfast was my biggest challenge. I always grab a bowl of cereal, bagel w cream cheese or danish every morning. Thank you for this sweet tasting, moist and cinnamon delicious coffee cake! I can stay within my carbs and still have breakfast!
