I love Quaker instant oatmeal but most flavors contain too much sugar. To find an oatmeal in my favorite flavor that is low in sugar, high fiber and high protein is awesome. Great taste and convenience. My only regret is it is hard to find.
Gotta have my Oatmeal especially this one. The fiber and protein is great and the limited amount of sugar is OMG!! I have been eating this one since 2010 and back then it was weight control. I have a bowl almost every morning.
Yes, it has STEVIA, but that's a good thing!!!! this is a great tasting oatmeal with high fiber and protein - it says weight control. I think it's sad people complain about stevia - the only alternative is real sugar or artificial sweeteners.
So Great!! Most oatmeal has so much sugar its ridiculous! Love that this is made with stevia and the added protein and fiber are awesome! we frequently have to order online because sometimes it's not stocked at our WalMart.
I love this oatmeal what's not to like it's high in fiber high in protein and there's no stevia in it like a lot of people are saying. It's sweetened with acesulfame and sucralose. I don't agree that it's sickeningly sweet it's just the right amount of sweetness for me. I add a third cup of regular oats and two tablespoons of ground flaxseed. The flaxseed gives it three more grams of fiber making 10 g of fiber. That's almost half the fiber I need in a day. I say it's a great product I hope they never discontinue it.
glad to have found it! most oatmeal has the illusion of healthy with high sugar content. to have low, non-spiking sugars with protein and higher fiber is what i wantcand need. i was also pleasantly surprised that the taste was decent, but you do have to be realistic in your expectations because its not your typical sugar cereal.
Excellent product for overall health that I successful use to help control diabetes and weight. Excellent fiber, with good protein plus all the health values of oatmeal ie heart. Good taste with ZERO sugar. I am surprised more people have not discovered this and as they do I feel it will become Quakers top product!!!
I'm not a sweet tooth but oatmeal can be plain if not tasteless. This product has great flavor without added sugar. It is sweetened with stevia, derived from a tropical plant, and although it does not taste like sugar or syrup has a pleasant sweetness. Hard to find in stores- thanks to Walmart for carrying it.
Maybe I received a bad batch, but I didn't care for the taste or the texture. I like the Maple and Brown Sugar flavor in the regular and I love it in the Protein, but this one I had to force myself to finish it. I was clearly not paying attention, because I would never have bought 3 boxes of something I had not tried. I guess my mind was elsewhere when I was ordering. In addition to the flavor, it has less protein than the Protein alone version. I have had a difficult time finding Protein version. I hate it when I first d something I really like and then I can't get it. Oh, well.1
Watch out who is selling this - Walmart is hosting other sellers. Oddly, I had to sign for this delivery and it's my instant oatmeal packets out of broken boxes.
