You got to be a little careful with this stuff Don't breathe it in don't rub your eyes if it's on your fingers because you're going to be in pain. The stuff is really hot smells really good and if you don't get it up your nose. as for seasoning with it it's awesome I got it because it was inexpensive It says extra hot and I was using it to convince mice not to eat in my pantry but all around this is good for the money got an excellent flavor and consistency I would recommend it if you're needing something a little spicier.

Fiesta Brand Very Hot Cayenne Pepper I have used a lot of Bolner's Fiesta Brand seasoning but, this is my first time using Cayenne Pepper. I was amaized how much I enjoyed this. Please give it a try.
