Great productivity booster!

Courtney March 1, 2026

The Ampligame control deck is a great addition to any desk setup in my opinion. I had previously used other brands phone apps to accomplish a similar purpose, but always wanted a dedicated solution that I could place on my desk so that I could use my phone for other things without interrupting my workflow. I thought the learning curve might be weird learning a new app to program the controls and such, but everything was very straightforward and it works exactly as you'd expect it to. Great booster for productivity and makes it so that you don't have to learn keyboard shortcuts since you can just program this to activate shortcuts for you at the push of a button. You will have to create your own icons for the buttons because the amount of built in ones is pretty small, but I think that's part of the fun of it anyway!

Ive always wanted a Stream Deck

Justinseans February 9, 2026

So I've always wanted one of these. I couldn't justify the high price of the bigger brands. This works well, actually. I downloaded the Fifine controller app before I even got it delivered. I had set up some buttons to use. As soon as I plugged it in, it automatically and instantly showed all the buttons and pictures I made. There was no other setup or syncing. I don't stream, so I don't need OBS stuff. So my use is more of a quality-of-life helpful thing. I have an equalizer app that sort of complicates switching devices from soundbar to headphones; I have to pick it manually. I was able to download an add-on that can set audio output peripherals to a button. You can even screen cap or insert pictures to put on the keys. I included photos. I also game and watch YouTube, and sometimes I want to lower YouTube without also lowering my game. I can set Firefox volume as a button, and I have one set as -25% and the one beside it 25%. This works really well. I was able to use the add-on for system monitor info live in a button. There is one that runs from HWinfo which was lower in the list and I didn't see. The one I got wanted another app that runs an app from Stream Decks called MiraBox Craft. This, in my opinion, is riskware. I did some research on Reddit. It appears safe, but there were some suggestions to delete unneeded parts of it (an .exe). I did this and I'm pretty content with it, and it seems safe. I may look into the other add-on too when I get bored and see what is better. But the Mirabox one does work well. Using the app is pretty painless. I haven't used the Elgato one and don't know the difference in the amount of add-ons or how that program works. I know for the price, this one is a solid entry into getting Stream Deck use. There are many videos on YouTube about it you can check. It's a valid option on a budget. I'm really happy to have it. As I use it more I will find more cool useful things to add to it.

Enhancing Professional Productivity in Engineering

M February 9, 2026

The FIFINE D6 controller is a high-quality device that will improve your professional productivity using its fifteen Keys for accessing programs, open project files on the server without looking for them and use it for CAD shortcuts. The device has a nice finish and looks expensive with attractive RGB lighting, but it lacks Wireless functionality, which means that Detaching the USB cable is not possible if you want to use it wireless. Also, the Sleep mode setting is a helpful feature when automatically turns off the screen when the device is not used to protect the display. I know that this device is mainly designed for streamers, but this controller is an excellent tool for engineers who need fast access to software commands, and not for only for engineers and designers, you can use it for any type of work, The only limit is your imagination.

Love this product!

Edward February 8, 2026

There are so many customizable keys for various shortcuts! I've only just started using it, but I love that you can create scenes or different “pages” of custom keys for specific purposes. Also, don't forget to plug it in directly. I'm using a MacBook Pro M5 Pro, and I love it for my workstation. The keys are somewhat hard to press compared to your Macbook keys, they are really night and day but it does not bother me. It does not connect via bluetooth connect. It has a USB-C/A (for computer) to USB-C (device). Over all, I recommend it.

This 15-key stream deck is awsome! It feels super strong and high quality in your hands. The softwear is realy easy to use. I love that every single bottun can have its own custom picture, so you know exactly what it does. The RGB lights look cool and make my setup look way more fun and profesonal. Totally worth it!

Super Easy to Set up

Nam February 11, 2026

I got this in yesterday and its really cool. You start by downloading a program and running it and once its up all you have to do is drag and drop the desktop icons onto the screen and you're done. This makes loading up my commonly used programs much easier. You can also make the buttons do a specific action or play something or pull up a specific website.

Stream Deck - not just for streamers!

ArrSea February 14, 2026

I'm not a streamer. Definitely not “plug and play.” Day 1: Wanted to throw it out the window. Day 2: Not terrible. Day 3 : This thing is actually really cool! I had no experience with stream controllers before getting the FIFINE D6 Stream Controller. The User Guide makes setup sound simple, like drag-and-drop icons and you're done. That wasn't my experience. Issue %231: I kept getting a “USB device not recognized” pop-up. Turns out I had it plugged into a non-powered USB hub that couldn't supply enough power. Plugging it directly into my PC fixed it. Issue %232: The software download. If your file ends in “.crdownload,” it didn't finish. In my case, my browser blocked it. Watch for the pop-up and click “Keep” in Chrome. After installing and updating, click the “?” icon for tutorials. The videos are short, sometimes fast, and a few weren't available. Third-party tutorials online may be easier to follow. Once set up, it became extremely useful. I work in full-screen mode and hate Alt Tabbing just to launch programs. I had to hunt for that tiny “Show Desktop” spot on the taskbar. I created a shortcut to show my desktop and a multi-action button that launches several programs at once. Another big plus: text shortcuts. I moderate social media and often reuse the same responses. Instead of opening a text editor to copy and paste, I mapped those blurbs to buttons which saves time and effort. The D6 has 15 buttons, and you can add pages and scenes to expand your shortcuts. If you're new to the terminology, you'll pick it up quickly. Rearranging buttons is simple if you change your mind. The plugin store needs work. Some plugins are unavailable, and there are no previews to show what icons will look like before installing. URLs in descriptions aren't clickable, so you have to type them manually. You can screenshot and use the Snipping Tool's copy-text feature, but that shouldn't be necessary. There's also an RGB light strip. Full customization requires separate software. I'm happy with the default options, and you can cycle through some lighting modes using the button next to the USB-C port. The buttons felt stiff at first but respond best when pressed in the center. It just takes a little getting used to. Included is a screenshot of what the buttons look like mapped in the software and on the actual device. Some of the text labels are cut off in the software but can still be seen on the device. WRAP-UP: Frustrating at first, but once configured, it's genuinely useful and fun to use. Thank you for reading my review!

Functional

Esther February 23, 2026

This seems like a fun gadget and become quite useful for your workstation. There are so many shortcuts and includes a sleep mode. The physical profile of this controller is small enough to not take up lots of space. It's a little difficult to get the hang of at first.

Cool device for PC or Mac

Jignesh February 10, 2026

I Ike this device because the buttons are very user friendly and so easily customizable via the fiffine application. The device looks cool and is very easy to set up. It's plug and play without having to worry about how to get it to work. I like that it has a good amount of included apps that can be added to the device. The downside is I don't know how many apps will be published in the future so that is why I gave it one star less. I do hope there will be a lot more apps because sometimes a physical button to press is so better than having to mouse to the right location on the screen. I would recommend this product if you are looking for a tool to enhance your PC or Mac experience with tactile versus mouse feel.

Better options out there

VSK February 25, 2026

I didn't really enjoy this stream deck and feel there are better options out there, including my old original Elgato. Pros: Looks nice Cable is long with USB-A and USB-C Resolution of button images is good RGB looks nice if you are into that Cons: Buttons have a very hard clunky feel to them Angle too low to comfortably see icons Does not include an adjustable base RGB turns back on after restarts or unplugging I had Windows User Account Control issues starting some programs that my old Deck had no problem with. The store is very lacking in plugins and icon packs. I use a deck for productivity instead of streaming and was hoping for premade scenes for MS Office and Affinity products but there is nothing. This stream deck might work better for steaming if you can live with it's other little annoyances but was just not a good match for me.
