Love it! Moves well and easy to set up. Tried it with two different mics, one the same brand and other a different brand, and worked with both. Strong but not too heavy. Flexible. The lights are a nice touch. Great for any setup. The bolt quite big so should hook to any table. So glad I got this. Just need a good head set and I'm ready to go. Recommend.

Absolutely love this microphone stand! Absolute game changer I recently got a microphone and I was worried that it wouldn't work with this microphone stand. It took me a minute to figure it out. Absolutely thrilled to have this. I work from home for a major university, and I do motivational speaking and do a lot of presenting for webinar. This is perfect! Kewlest accessory I've bought in awhile. Very heavy construction and well built. Easily attached to the back of my desk. Range extends way beyond the top of my desk, easy slide movement up/down, sideways. super flexible. Color lights make it even cooler!

Ok, so I actually intend to use this for phone/video to get an overhead shot when I do my artwork videos. It's intended for mic use, which I may do as well, and I think it can also be used for a light. It seems very strong, sturdy and durable, not flimsy. When i clamped it to the side of my desk it had a nice tightness, no wobble or wiggle. The "double elbow" design makes it easy to elevate high, or to extend outward. It was super easy to assemble, if you even want to call it assembling, it was just slipping on one end piece, the rest comes already assembled. This was exactly what I needed as I couldn't get an overhead view with my tripod. I don't see any reason why someone would be dissatisfied with this product. I intend to get much use out of this on my vlogs and livestreams.

This mic stand is great for any budget, it's easy to install and is pretty durable. I have a mic from the same brand, fits it perfectly. It does help recording to be a breeze and looks nice with my setup. You can position it wherever you want. I'd recommended for a start.

Total plug and play it was so easy to install. great quality. RGB lighting is awesome! Lots of different options for lighting effects to match any gaming PC build. Also bought the Fifine USB/XLR AM8 Mic to go with it. Works great! Big fan of the Fifine products. They are all high quality and should hopefully last a long time. I also have the Fifine SC8 and the D6 all great products! This BM38 completes the set. I am very happy with this product.

It was time for an upgrade and figured this would be a good option. Turns out, it is! Perfect for recording and the size is great. The lighting is excellent, as there are various modes that the pictures don't do justice for. It is far more impressive with durability than the original one I have. It tightens down perfect on the desk and I have zero complaints with stability. I will say though, it does not come with a mic adapter, which would require additional purchasing if you did not have one already.

I have been buying equipment for decades and this is the cream of the crop. It is extremely sturdy with a few moving parts that will not wear down easily. They were really thinking when they made the mic holder a 3/8" but comes with adapter for 5/8". I have used both and consider the mics with 3/8 higher quality. Whether you are a working musician or enjoy more home recording the fact that this clamps on to a table or desk is perfect and for your unique show or definitely for the podcast pros out there, especially if you are on video and not just an audio show. Why?... because of the amazing lightshow you can choose from with the many rainbow of colors, light patterns, and options for the multicolor lights that run up the entire unit, or the option of no lights at all. First secure it THEN plug into a USB jack, or adapter and wall outlet, if you use lights, or the cord may get pulled and damaged. There are options to choose from as well for your mic, both angle and height, making it easier being at the mic connection rather than have to mess with it further down and get up and down for the perfect position. Very clear directions and excellent packaging that kept it safe. I am so excited even if it is just me that sees these lights, and the fact that I will not have to start a recording again from mic slipping and compromising the sound or ruining the entire song from using cheaper equipment. This is definitely a quality piece so be sure to let those who ask where you scored this, that it is from a FiFine company! Via the affordable and product backing company that Walmart is, while many other companies are not as easy to work with if you do run into issues. But this will not be one of them, it is more than what you bargained for, which is like seeing a unicorn nowadays! Definitely impressed, and I will not even feel the need to bring any backups if I do decide to use it at a future gig. I used to use a potium for a music stand, so this will be a perfect fit for a show! There really is no need to look further, give it a whirl and I am certain you will recommend this as well! Easy set up, just be sure to keep it clean and dry since there are electronics to consider unlike the boring old run of the mill booms. And you won't have to mess with finding the balance of the boom angle like the old school ones that would tip over if not balanced right. Extremely well engineering and design, and easy to maneuver and lock into place at the heavy duty elbow.

I ordered this to use with a microphone, but it's not as flexible or adjustable as I was hoping for. I do plan to use it for lighting instead. Having a light stay in place without much movement is a good thing! Seems sturdy overall, and I like the table clamp.
