It's the correct replacement!
This does in fact fit type A with the smaller inside diameter. Seems to be as sturdy as the intex brand.

Reusable
The best thing is that is reusable, washable. Filters out everything and fits perfectly into the pump. Saving money in a long run, a pack will make through the summer

Reusable a few times if you rise them and soak them in a bucket of water with the left over pieces of chlorine tablets
