A bit expensive to replace, but it's a good quality air filter that gets out most odors from multiple cats.

I have no problem receiving items I order on line, but I have a problem with fraud coming from the main office, 9 times my card info was used for purchasing items from main office totalling near $1600 , if it doesn't STOP, lawsuit coming !

Same part number and filter looks the same except new filter fits loose due to no foam seal around filter. If I had realized this prior I would have bought cheaper filter that had the original foam seal

The online description did not give enough information so it ended up being the wrong product size. I had to do a ton of research online to figure out what size I needed, double checked the product, and somehow still ordered the wrong size.

The outer packaging looks like it had been chewed on by a dog. I opened the outer packaging and the filters were crushed and all messed up. I will find somewhere else to order them from now on!!!!
