This little yakitori grill makes great japanese style skewers. I lit binchotan coals in a chimney starter over a portable butane grill and dumped it in to start grilling. Made negima and the skewers came out so smoky and delicious.

i have a big weber for smoking and such but for a 6 minute steak or dogs n burgers for 1 or 2 people its to much. this grill fills the void.one problen i found is the grill grid is a chercker-board stainless and not the easierst to clean.this problem easily solved by a company tht had a cast iiron grill grid that grids ran in same direction for 20 bucks.even with having to buy a grid of my own choosing i still rate this produt a 5 and w3ith the new grill grid i would give it a10

Great for 2 people, little bites or last minute decision to BBQ. Quick set up n take down. it's clay so no rust problems, and the best part is that it's charcoal!! Love it. PS take table top means fireproof not wicker its. Use bricks or cinder block or after everything burns down the grill will be the only thing left

Attractive and sturdy, a great little table top grill.

I purchased the smaller round grill. I have ordered the larger one. The grill uses a small amount of charcoal and does a very good job of cooking almost anything you could possibly want to grill. Steak, hamburgers, pork loin, you name it, it does it well. Easy to light and easy cleanup also. It isn't a light weight unit and is very secure on the table.

I bought the Yakitori grill a few months ago and have used it several times, mostly when entertaining. I have a small patio, and it works perfect table-top while everyone sits around it and cooks their own satay, teriyaki chicken, etc. Glad I got it.

I think it's a good value for the money if you get it on sale. The ceramic is heavy and much more pink than any other color. The vents in the front are really thin and may break easily. It should last for one or two seasons, but it's not a lifetime product. It comes very well packaged.

The item shipped with the broken ash receivers use for holding the charcoal. I couldn't use it to grill my chicken wings and has to purchase a small grill from Home Depot. I will need to take it back to my local Walmart for a refund.
