Fire & Smoke Society Brown Gravy Mix, 1 oz Gravy Packet

This is by far the best brown gravy mix. There is no comparison to the standard fare. It is darker, richer, and has no flour taste at all. I find other mixes to be too salty, but this is perfection. I don't see how gravy mix could be any better. Six Stars.

The convenience of making gravy in minutes is nice, and it's easy to keep in the pantry until you need it. Perfect with mashed potatoes or chicken/turkey. The flavor is well worth the price difference in my opinion, and it's even better if you add chopped white onion.

I bought this on a whim and didn't have high expectations. Every other instant gravy I've bought has been very average but I figured I'd give it a shot. Holy crap was I pleasantly surprised. The flavor is a very dark and bold one, that is very unique. I really have a hard time describing it but it's close to a pub gravy but a savory pepper taste. It is excellent to put on a roast or any potatoes dish. Seriously go buy one. My next move is to bake it in a meat pie.

This gravy is amazing. We tried it on a whim and loved it but when we went back to get more it was sold out. We found it was sold out at every other store as well. Was glad to find that we could order directly.

Made the gravy for my family and they really enjoyed it. They said the flavor was rich and and the texture was smooth. I would buy again and try more flavors. The cost and flavor are worth it.
