Fiskars Fiberglass Pitchfork 4 Tines

I was really wanting a pitch fork to turn my compost pile with. This one is super sturdy and I really like it. The only negative would be the length. It's a little short, but overall if you are being cost conscious - this is a quality pitch fork that will serve you well!

This pitchfork is very sturdy and should last msny years. The handle, being a composite fiberglass is strong but light making the tool easy to handle and not as fatiguin. The fork tines are solid and long enough to dig or til at a depth that would take most similar tools longer to accomplish. I loosened up 32 30 gallon growbags of last years vegetable garden in no time with my new pichfork. I would definitely purchase again.

I've not had a digging fork before so I cannot compare it to any others but I do prefer discard brand for my gardening tools and I've never been disappointed. Especially with the bright orange color. Makes it easy to find when you're in the yard. It's heavy duty and even says on the handle it's a lifetime guarantee. It's the right size for my height (5'7”) and has plenty of space for my foot to push down on it. The handle is great and easy to hold but it's also lightweight. I'm loving it.

I'm a Fiskars fan, I will admit. The no questions asked lifetime guarantee shows they stand behind their products. They are made so well you will probably never need to use the warranty though.

Very sturdy and handle is very comfortable. I have been using to pull out roots and weeds in a new garden area. I even had to pull out some old stumps. It held up great!

This pitchfork feels very well built at the same time lightweight, probably due to the fiberglass construction. I use it mostly for loosening up hard clay soil and for turning the dirt before I plant new shrubs and trees. I am not very tall but the grip and size of this pitchfork is still comfortable enough for me and not too large. It also looks nice on the rack in my garage. Would definitely recommend this for people looking to buy a good quality pitchfork even though its a bit pricey compared to some other pitchforks.

Showing my true age but I swear when I hold this in my hand all I can think of is that show haha. Now to the review this fork is very strong and sturdy. The colors are nice also. We do have a little garden where we grow tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and few other veggies and spices. This fork will come in handy when it comes time to clean it all up. I love it.

I can not say enough about this Fiskers Pitchfork. I had a flower bed that has not been worked in ages. It is full of clay and rocks and this pitchfork worked that soil like it was butter. The tines slid through that dirt and made an otherwise hard job, quite easy. The handle is smooth and easy on the hands. I was able to use it not only to turn the soil but to easily break up the hard soil that I was turning over. It is lightweight as well, which is also a bonus when turning the soil. I actually thought it worked like a small tiller. I'm impressed and being an avid gardener, this tool will come in handy again and again. I love this Fiskers Fork.

It stung a little bit, at the register :/ ( almost $40 then tax ) I wanted a tool that would allow me to remove weed from my yard witout sqauting. The Long Handled WEED POPPER tool seem ABSOLUTELY absurd. It would required a fair amount of space to operate, and I did NOT imagine it would "claw" deep enough. ALSO it would have been AWKWARD to store. This fork allows me to LIFT the groung around the weed and loosen the soil for complete removal. NOT a fan of poly parts. Metal/Wood/Fiberglass ( This is the Way ). I was THRILLED to read the words FORGED, when the label was describing the fork (I assume). Sounds Promising. Wish I coulda' had it for twenty bucks ;)
