Fiskars Folding Produce Harvesting Knife, 3" Food Gardening Tool

Love this little foldup knife. I bought it to use on my house plants and outdoor flowers. It is convenient to store and provides safety because it folds. I didn't get to use it but one time because since my husband tried it in the vegetable garden I haven't see it!!! He uses it everyday and we both like it. I guess I need to buy a second one!!! Lol

The size of this tool is appropriate for its purpose. I was easily able to harvest items from my garden without damaging or accidently cutting any part of the plant. The slight curve at the end is especially useful when harvesting leafy greens. It allows you to get to the base of the leaf and cut the one selected with ease. I like the folding feature as it prevents holes in my clothes. It folds with the push of a small button on the side and locks in that position. This safety feature means there will not be any unwanted finger cuts. The blade is easy to clean. The handle feels nice in my hand. It is not overly bulky. The blade could have been a bit sharper for my preference.

Very pleased - this is actually a single bevel knife, which I was pleasantly surprised by. I'll be using it as a grafting tool.

Great knife for keeping with my gardening supplies! We haven't had it for very long but have already found uses for it. I know it will be perfect once gardening season begins!

I purchased this folding knife earlier this year and I have to say, unlike a previous reviewer, this knife was sharp, right out of the package! The hook part of the blade is very convenient and handy. Truth be told, I use this knife for many tasks other than gardening. I will be purchasing a few more of these to keep in my pocket.
