I have the Fiskars Graduate scissors 8 inch Blue color. I do a lot of craft work on a wide range of materials. These have proven to be nice and sharp with larger finger loops. These are a great quality stainless steel pair of scissors and are my go to scissors.
So glad I wound fiskar scissors. Bought these and youth/child pair. We use the graduate and our 9 year old granddaughter use the youth. The price is very affordable. Comfortable handle on both pairs. They cut very smoothly, nicely and easily even thru thick stock paper. Have not tried on cardboard.
I purchased this pair of scissors after struggling to open things with a cheaper brand. They work like a charm. I keep them in the kitchen to cut open packets and and boxes and packages that come via delivery. Fuskars is a known quantity brand and they lived up to their reputation.
Grateful for these scissors! I have very arthritic hands that are painful to use and have become extremely weak as well. I can't open most packages so I cut them open. However I could no longer use the pairs of scissors that I normally use. These student scissors are so much lighter, easier to operate and sharp. They get the job done with Much less pain and effort.
These scissors are the best! They are the perfect size to fit in your hand just right. I love the way they cut. The cut is smooth and seamless. They have a pointed end but are not so pointy you'll get hurt. You can tell they are a good quality because they are sturdy!!
Fiskers scissors can cut through just about anything and stay sharp for years. These are juvenile size. I have small hands and they fit. When they fit, you can be accurate. Although a little higher priced than I am used to for the same product, I know they will outlast any other brand. That makes it a good value.
These scissors work well but the handles tend to break after a relatively short period of time
Hard to cut with arthritic hands. Doesn't glide smoothly.
These don't cut cardboard well. In fact I cut my finger trying to open a box with them. They were fine for cutting paper and my dog's hair. They are obviously sharp because they cut my finger so easily, but I had to struggle trying to cut through the cardboard.
Not shape At ALL!!! I purchased two pairs of this brand of scissors. For any project, they Do NOT Cut anything.
