Fitbit FB409GMBK Charge 3 Advanced Heart Rate and Fitness Tracker, Black

I got this for my Husband for Christmas, it replaces his FitBit HRChrg2. He loves this ! Easy to use, Scroll thru is easy, Display easy to read, feels nice on his wrist.. Lots of new features. Hopefully the Battery lasts as long as they indicate, longer is always better! so far, he loves this Fitbit.

I love my new Fitbit Charge 3. I love the smaller design as I have very small wrists. The small band fix very good and easy to keep clean. Easy to install on iPhone and iPad to track info. I wear 24 hours a day. Very reasonable price. Great quality for your money.

I have gone from the OLD Fitbit to this. I loved my old one (the little slim one), but after a while, it gets old! This keeps me accountable. I have a rule. 10 by 10 and most days, I hit that. It gets me up early and out running. With the added features this has, its just perfect and priced right.

The texts that come across the charge 3 are very small. So much I had to return it. Other than that I was happy with everything else. It was slightly different/upgraded from the charge 2. The button on the side is different also you swipe down to change the screens and swipe left for apps.

My Fitbit Charge 3 stopped last night! (4-25-20)--just 7 months after I purchased it. It will not light up or work at all! Now, I have to figure out how to get either my money back or get a replacement.

My fitbit lasted a little over a year. I loved it when it was working but then 14 months after I had it the screen started to go black. Luckily, I bought the warranty through Walmart but so far I am not impressed with that either.

Doesn't work

Display is hard to see, even when adjusting brightness. Can't see date very well. Extremely difficult to read anything outside. I had to cover the display with my hand just so the numbers would be visible. Difficult to track workouts. I kept thinking I was tracking my workout after I pressed play, but at the end nothing would be recorded. I prefer the Charge 2.

Purchased 4 months ago still not working with windows 10 and I don't have a smartwatch. It goes thru the motions of initializing ,ie, it syncs in bluetooth, displays the 4 digit code, and my windows 10 fitbit software believes it has succesfully uploaded the software to my charge 3 but all that is displayed on the charge 3 is a faint line.

I ordered this Fitbit for my husband. We both have them and they are good for what we need. I was thrilled to find the right model at the right price. it arrived in early October. In late December it stopped working. No display. My husband contacted both Walmart and Fitbit and was told that it wad past the warranty. After confirming the manufacturer warranty was a year, I called them back. after much back and forth in, I received information from the Fitbit representative that this device I ordered as a new product, had been previously owned/registered to a previous owner!!!! Therefore the warranty was null and void. I paid for a new device and was sent someone's used goods, no warranty, doesn't work. Do not buy these through Walmart without a 100%guarantee that it's what they advertise. If I wanted a refurbished device with no warranty, I could have gone on eBay or Amazon.
