Fitbit Sense Smartwatch - Carbon/Graphite Stainless Steel

I love the Fitbit Sense watch with all it's features! It's even better than the later Models of Fitbit Sense watches. I'm very unhappy Google decided to stop making them in favor of a new product they will make in place of the Fitbit Sense. So, I bought another before they are all gone!!

My previous Fitbit was very simple. I upgraded to Sense because it offers more options for health related tracking. It did take sometime to install on phone and I PAD but finally got it (I think.?). Very good shopping experience. Was my 1st time making an on-line purchase (72 years old). Oh well, all good.

I've been wanting to get a smart watch and I've had this about two weeks. So far it works 👍 great! Nice being able to get my steps finally on something reliable. It has lots of other nice features too ..

I absolutely love this Fitbit, it was an upgrade from the charge 2Hr. The features on this Fitbit are amazing you can get from weather to relaxation all at your wrist. Came preloaded with Pandora and Spotify for music and Starbucks, and some more thigs. I really can't say it all how much I love my new Fitbit.

My watch won't charge after only 5 months

Isnt it illegal to sell items that are previously used as brand new. I paid for a brand new Fitbit Sense. It was packaged well enough to not think it had been opened. but after looking at it, there are clear signs of previous wear. The back has signs of wear and dirt where you change out the band. If I'm paying the price for new I should not be receiving very deceitful used items that you just repackaged.

This item arrived with the original packaging seals tampered with and broken, and I had to return it to the store. I will give them a second chance and reorder, but if the next one does not arrive in the condition described it will also be returned and I will not order again.

Can no longer talk to text with the Fitbit watches. All of the watches seem to be having this problem. The talk to text feature is the only reason I upgraded to the Sense watch.

In the Sense2 Fitbit changed the capabilities of the watch, I assume because they had so many problems with the Sense. The sense two does not have the snoring recording feature, which does work on the Sense, but after using it successfully for a few days, I cannot get it to recommend to my phone Fitbit App at all. I'm going to have to return it!

Had to return it because simply would not work
