Fitbit Versa 3 FB511BKBKLBNDLS Unisex Black Fitness Tracker, 34mm

I have had versa 3 twice and lasted a long time but when it quit I tried to do it again. Twice I ordered . The first I returned it because it wouldn't hold a charge or sinc with my phone and the band wouldn't stay attached. The second one I got to replace the first wouldn't stay charged. It was dead in 6 hrs. It's auto stay charged up to 6 days. I ended up getting a versa 4. So far it's working fine.

I love the watch and what it does. However, I have had it less than a month and the face has come off.

Fitbit Versa 3 this was a refurbish watch when the site did not declare this on the description page. Did not find this out until the watch quit working and I contacted Fitbit. They stated that this watch was sold over three years ago thus used or refurbished. Walmart stated the only thing I could do is contact the seller. Contracted seller through walmart.com never heard back from the seller. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN BOTH WALMART.COM AND ELECTRONICS EXPRESS. YOU WOULD THINK THAT WALMART.COM WOULD CHECK OUT SELLERS BETTER AND STAND BEHIND THESE SELLERS. GIVE YOU THE REFUND AND GO AFTER THE SELLER AFTER ALL THEY ARE USING THEIR SITE TO SELL THEIR ITEM. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE SERVICE AND THEIR DECEPTION. ALSO, ON THE BOX THE SELLER STUCK AN ADDITION STICKER OVER THE ORIGINAL FITBIT BAR CODE ON THE BOX (MORE DECEPTION FROM THE SELLER)

i bought this fitbit versa 3 on the believed this was a brand new watch. when I received it it was in a bag not a box there was no manual with it. And that in its self made me very suspicious. And the topper was it came in a Ebay envelope. I will be sending it back and buying a watch from a legit store.

I purchased a new Versa 3 at the original price and received a used Versa 3 with a ripped box, the watch was thrown in the box, it was dirty, scratches and the charger was loose in the box!

Fitbit verse 3 arrived with box open. Fitbit is dirty with scratches. Seller is third party trying to promote as new doesn't state it is used. Tried to start return and wouldn't let me because of third party.

I bought this product in June 2025. By October it no longer worked. I tried to activate the manufacturers warranty as the product was less than 1 year old, only to be told that the warranty expired in Dec 2021, four years before I bought my "brand new" watch. I was sold a fraudulent used, refurbished item as new and now I am out of luck and out 150 usd! Nothing Walmart can do as it's past the 30 day return window! Don't buy. And don't buy from this seller

Have barely had this fit for a month and I've already had three separate issues with it, not including the band breaking.

Thought we were getting a great deal on this watch only for it to completely stop working all together 4 months after getting it. To top it all off, the manufacturers warranty is null and void because it was purchased through an authorized fitbit dealer. Soooooo we are out the money and fitbit and i have decided to convert my husband to Samsung. May cost a little more but at least it will last longer than this fitbit did.

When i bought I thought it was new but it looks refurbished. The calorie count doesnt work the day starts with 600 calories lost.
